People to operate this kind of government to decide the laws to accept their responsibility as citizen to vote on their representative through election.
People accept their responsibility as citizen and have to choose their representative through election to operate this kind of government and decide the laws.

While reading and listening to English, we are sometimes encountered with unfamiliar English structures, and on such occasions the inhabitants of this thread capable of logical thinking--or at least a person like me--try to think them over and over again until we come up with a clear, satisfactory explanation of the structure, even though it might often be awkward. This method, however, is effective for leaning a second language (as opposed to a mother language)--or so I think.
・議論したいのは、どうこの構造をとらえて理解しているか ・something of、much ofのあとが、aなし名詞ではなく、aという冠詞が必ず伴う理由 (as opposed to 例えばthis is a kind of knife that's very sharpの用法だとkindのあとのknifeは無冠詞) ・muchが否定とともに使われる理由
He is something of a musician. He is not much of a musician.
I've got 2. I've got the second response of this thread.

How do you persuade yourself into grasping the meaning of these sentences in terms of grammatical structure? Since English is not our mother tongue, I believe it is not possible or not appropriate to try to understand them iintuitively.
例えば、Here you go againとThere you go againはどちらも 「また始まったよ!」
>>47 Here you are あなたはここにいます。
There you are あなたはあそこにいます。
