Don't create this kind of fucking thread, ASONOFABITCHnov!
4名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/24(火) 15:47:20
>>1
I don't understand the 3rd question.
+ you should never use 2ch as a source for graduation thesis.
5dc:2009/03/24(火) 21:55:03
3
sorry for that.. but I believe some Japanese people are kind enough to answer this survey.

4
what i wanted to ask on Q3 is what do you think a definition of slang is.
She has some other sources for her graduation thesis,
but those are not enough.. it's hard to find books about slangs!

I heard you can see the real Japanese conversations at this place.
So we thought this place is one of the best place to make a survey.
6名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/24(火) 22:29:08
I guess the credibility of 2ch as a source of information is ZERO.
Look for another source.
7dc:2009/03/24(火) 22:47:31
ok.. thanks for that.
do you know any other places you can recommend?
we want to collect answers from Japanese, as many as possible..
8名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/24(火) 23:13:21

1.Age 45

2.I am
B.worker

3.Slang is word or phrase to give impression of myself a bit younger, you can laugh at me.

4.Do you use slang?
A.yes, often

5.With whom do you use slang?
D.with all people I communicate

6.Slang is used in all situation below, I assume.
A.in magazines
B.in colloquial speech
C.in advertising
D.in literature
E.in TV-programs

7.Examples of slang appears in manga, anime and popular TV shows seem to circulate to wide extent among those in other situations.
But they often sounds somewhat childish and might give bad impression.
You can also see specific ones in this 2 channel, but they are typical internet locution and hard to appeal in general society.
9名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/24(火) 23:18:40
Hi, dc.
I also don't think 2ch is a good place to make a survey.
If a Japanese student make statistical results from 2ch,
and hand it in to a professor, he/she will NEVER get credits.
In addition, if you ask questions in English at 2ch, only
few will answer.

I recommend コッソリアンケート if you wanna make a survey.
But, again, コッソリアンケート also has no academic credibility.
And you must ask questions in Japanese there.

Your friend can read contemporary Japanese novels, or
watch Japanese movies, pick up some slangs from them,
and take statictics. It may not be the "live answers,"
but it surely is better than asking at 2ch.

I'm sorry that I couldn't be of more help.
10名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/24(火) 23:29:30
1.Age 22

2.I am
A.student

3.Slang is a tool to become more friendly with my friends.

4.Do you use slang?
C.sometimes, in special situation
(I often use them in "izakaya," a Japanese bar)

5.With whom do you use slang?
A.with friends (only with intimate friends)

6.Slang is used
A.in magazines
B.in colloquial speech
C.in advertising
D.in literature
E.in TV-programs
(I've found slangs in all of these media/arts)

7.Examples of slang:
It's really difficult to answer, as there's millions of slangs.
In Japan, some dialects (like Osakan dialect) are
used as slangs, to make the conversation funny.
Osakan dialect is used among comedians, so most people feel
that it sounds funny and friendly.

THANKS SO MUCH for answering questions! :)
I really appreciate this..so nice people you guys are.

9
Is that a name of a website? I googled it, but too much japanese..
i dont think we can use that one. thanks anyway..

she uses some mangas and novels to look for Japanese slangs,
but find it there were not much, and was not sure if you guys really use them.

so.. no live Japanese answers from this place?

i mean, we just wanted answers from real Japanese people.
In fact, I'm sure she will be satisfied by answers like 8 and 10.

I'll translate your question into Japanese.
I hope it will help you. There's only a few people
in English-category-thread at 2ch.
14名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/25(水) 00:27:37
If your friend studies Japanese culture, shouldn't she be able to, you know, speak and understand Japanese?
Why ask in English?
15名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/25(水) 00:36:21

Why doesn't your friend try to cope with her own thesis by herself instead of
asking you to help?

Why did she choose the theme like this that she can't handle on her own?
I doubt every Ukraine university students who's studying Japanese culture
can't find a way to wtite a thesis on her own.

Survey conducted on anonymouse forum isn't trustworthy for a graduation
thesis. I think she should find a theme of her thesis that she can handle
on her own. I'd say her way of conducting a survey like this is ridiculous.

Thanks sooo much!!!
This is why we like Japanese people.. kind and friendly to strangers :)

16
she speaks and reads some. but you guys' English is better than her Japanese i think.
and we cant type in Japanese from our pcs.

17
I reckon she can handle it by herself..
She made this survey, so I just offered a volunteer :p

18名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/25(水) 09:08:10
>>17
So in a nutshell, she is just lazy.
19名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/25(水) 19:05:00
but she is a girl from Ukraine.
male 2-channellers know what it means for something between their legs, sorry for bad joke.
by the way, >>3 is a classic common phrase or a sort of greeting for 2-channel threads.
when you get an early number, you can say "kusosure tatenna" but i dunno what "ASONOFABITCHnov" is.
probably "axxho-- of a bitch" for capital letters, i guess, but no clue for nov.
20名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/25(水) 23:48:14
1.Age 25
2.I am a worker
3.Slang is vulgar, but could be lubricant between people.
4.Do you use slang? A.yes, often

5.With whom do you use slang?
A.with friends (definitely)
B.with co-workers (sometimes, but not for older people)
C.with relatives (for parents, and siblings)

6.Slang is used
A.in magazines (not in articles, but in interviews)
B.in colloquial speech (absolutely)
C.in advertising (rarely, but sometimes)
D.in literature (in its characters' speech)
E.in TV-programs (surely. Comedians always use slangs)

7.Examples of slang: unlike American English, dirty four-letter
words are rarely used in everyday conversation (except for Internet slangs).
I think it's like hip phrases (buzz terms). For example, "KY,"
or "Dondakeee(どんだけー)."

Hey dc, I really appreciate your helping your friend.
That's why I'm also helping her project. But honestly, I think
you should not ask academic questions in 2ch. You may call the
embassy of Japan in Ukraine, send the questionnaire form,
and make survey there. Ambassadors and their families will readily
answer your questions. That's much better for your friend, I think.
Japanese people are kind and friendly to strangers on the street,
but not in 2ch... I always wanna be kind to everyone, though.
May Japan be the good friend of Ukraine!
21名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/26(木) 00:02:34
>>19
I agree. >>3 is just greeting.
"Kusosure tatenna" is an everyday greeting in 2ch.
#3 guy just translated the word into English.
So, do not feel bad against him/her.

"ASONOFABITCHnov!"
??? I don't know what it meant.
Maybe he/she is cute enough to create this new word. lol
22名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/26(木) 00:23:46
Wow you guys are really dense.
It's obviously a combination of "a son of a bitch" and nov
(the russian surname suffix -ov)
23名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/26(木) 01:12:58
>>dc
Do you read Japanese?
If you don't, please click the word "ここ" (which is underlined)
in "省略されました‥全てを読むにはここを押してください"
to read the whole comment.

Or, just click the word "全部読む," which means "read all"
and which is the very bottom of the thread.

If you already know that,
sorry for an unsought advice.

Good luck with your / your friend's project!
24名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/26(木) 18:37:26
I got a hunch for the reason why >>1 made this thread, not really so confident, though.
Ukraine PM is now in Japan to meet our PM Aso, so I guess
>>1 knew it by the news report in advance as an eventual reminder of the friend.

Of course, we Japanese dudes are charmed by her beauty beyond thought.

Thanks a lot! :)

19,21
Ok, so.. is this a kind of slang as well? lol
Well, nice to see you no.3 :P

22
yeah, actually I got it at a glance.. Not a good word to see..

23
Cheers! I clicked that one before actually,
but now I know what I was doing! :)

24
Oh I didn't know that..haha
26名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/29(日) 14:42:12

Urine??

Where the hell is urine???

>>26
In your bladder, dude.
28名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/29(日) 19:16:46
maybe the purpose of this thread should be noticed again for new comers.
>>1 wants to get your reply to the questionnaires on >>2 for a friend.

Though I don't say this thread will get lots of posts after me.
29dc:2009/03/31(火) 14:01:18
so.. should I make this one again at other places?
30名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/31(火) 15:42:49
You're self-centered. Any thread in 2ch isn't for your survey.
It's against 2ch's rule. Get out of here. >>1
31名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/31(火) 20:31:38
The bottom line is, this is not right place for >>1
32名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/03/31(火) 23:59:59
With the exception that if >>1 uploads her nude or in swimsuite photo,
everything will settle down.

I imagine Ukraine girls have beautiful blond hair.
I wonder what color her pubic hair is!
33名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/04/01(水) 18:02:05
>>30-31
but it's none of your business. if you really want what you said done, call the thread stopper
rather than blaming >>1's ignorant act, which often happens almost in all the board in 2ch.

>>32
you HENTAI!
34名無しさん@英語勉強中:2009/04/01(水) 22:59:48
Everybody has Hentai factors in them. So does >>1.

So how often do you masterbate, >>1?
