Its been totally manic since we have got home and we've not had chance
to sit down or get in touch so sorry we have been off the radar! Ads
went straight back to work a few days after we landed then I managed
to secure a job working for the BBC after having an interview a few
days after we got back which was pretty scary after a year out of
practice! then started a week later so we have both been busy moving
back into our flat whilst trying to buy cars, see family and friends
after so long and go back to the world of work at the same time.My job
is in London too so I am now living in London in the week then
commuting home at weekends to see Ads.Not the best set up but with the
current crisis in England I am just glad I have a job!!! It is only
tempoary for one year but I expect by then we will both be ready to
jet set off again anyway!!

一応自分でも翻訳してだいたいはつかめました。
ですが、JPG画像の大きさが4×6インチとなっているところがあるのですが
プリントしたときに4×6インチ以内になるような画像の大きさにしておけ
ということになるのでしょうか・・？

Labelは名札やシールと、単なる名前と、両方を含む。
プリントというのが印画紙ならラベルシールだろうから、貼るなら裏側かもしれないけど、
パソコンで出力するなら、直接ファイル名を書き込めると思う。

illustrations however they are unwilling to pay for them. New and
out-of-work illustrators don’t really have the luxury of turning down
too many jobs however what would be your position on this? Is giving
up the rights freely the same as cutting off your drawing arm?

It’s pretty rare that a client actually needs all rights to your art.
They can be surprisingly flexible about ammending greedy contracts for
shorter periods of time for specific media. In theory, it also costs
less money for limited usage, which can give you some leverage in
negotiating. But if it’s a standard contract that’s set in stone, you
need to make a judgement call based on how desperate you are for cash.

19. Going back to digital, do you still use paper or have you migrated
totally over to using a tablet and/or digital tools from start to
finish?

I always make pencil sketches on paper first, then scan them to use as
a template in Illustrator. It adds a human element to the final piece.

　Following the recommendation by the pyramid, you can easily keep the intake of total fat and saturated fat low.
The Food Guide Pyramid will show you the preferable combination of food from respective group, even without the instruction paragraphs, to meet the three important factors; balance, variety, and moderation.
