it's a Buddhism words. in the zen training, let go of your thoughts and abandon the adhesion and make your mind empty, instead you'll acquire the affluence mind together with the truth.
just detach from greed! if you thorw out what you have now, you'll get the truth later. don't even think what you want or how you live. just forget obsession. FREEDOM
this part is no good. coz it's kind of bargaining. sorry bad translation. It doesn't mean bargaining at all. it means if you throw out, naturally you'll see what you really want.
>>9 Fill a dumpster with all of your stuff, and be FREEEE!!! Then buy new stuff!!! Throw that in the dumpster!!! Buy more stuff!!! Repeat as many times as necessary!!!
"hitorizumou" this is the japanese words. the one who actually plays sumo alone (but he believes that he is playing with an opponent). do you have a similar expression in English?
lol >>28 Maybe! but this is about doing "sumo" alone. means he can't understand other's feeling. the one is trying to fight with somebody but actually he is not on the stage, but he doesn't realize he is doing sumo alone.
Of course you're more intelligent than her. No doubt about it. But her innocent smile, the way she literally looks up to me with pure admiration. Oh, I can't feel more fulfilled as a man. I mean, we've always pretended during our entire years that we're somehow intellectually equal. But come on, we both knew it from the very beginning that you're actually way out of my league, in terms of intellectual capacity. And that really belittled my machismo in a sense, you know.
You always boast yourself being a feminist, but you were never actually feminine. You always have to question and challenge the way that it is. I mean, of course I've always been progressive minded. I still am. But I'm basically a liberal. A complacent liberal. I'm not gonna go out there everyday and try to change the way those poor idiots behave. I don't even care how idiots behave anymore. I just want my own life filled with pure joy. Basic happiness of a simple human being. That, I've lost track of, being together with you all these years. I'm not gonna apologize or anything, you know. I'm not even sorry at all. I rather feel liberated. My whole life again is in front of me, at last, without you. I still respect you and admire you darling, but I simply don't desire you. Good bye and take care. The keys are on the table, there.
I dunno why...but completely fall in love with Mr Osim
I've never talked to him in person but just watching how he moves, how he shows his anger, how he regret, only sometimes he shows his shy smile...everything single move proves his gentle personality.... *sigh* I wanna be his wife....(me no gay...)
>>39 I tried that too, but the page which has those is actually just a multiple choice quiz, but google doesn't format it properly and makes it look like it's saying they're all the plural.
>>30, >>31 The term 'Fighting windmills' is adapted to English from the Spanish novel 'Don Quixote', by Cervantes. Don Quixote believes that every windmill he came across was an enemy and tried to fight them. This was then adapted to the expression 'fighting windmills', which means, as you both say, fighting against something that's not real, or imaginary.
However, it's not really a commonly used phrase, at least around where I am.
>>33 Sorry, but no. He's with Paris Hilton now. >>34 It's all your fault. You traumatized me. Shit, where did I put my fake Viagras? >>35 Thank you. I was hoping that people would sympathize with the more intelligent woman here. Now that she's dumped, I want to go and embrace her tight by myself too.
>>42 Ahhh yes, thanks for reminding me! Just about to do my weekly grocery shop then will try to explain it as best as I can. Just to remind other people who may be reading, this post is on the topic of which of the following two is the most correct (as both are correct in a way):
"I wish I paid more attention in school." "I wish I had paid more attention in school."
>>43 I'll try and get back to this one too, sorry to keep you waiting.
>>42 I'm still completely stuck as to how to explain this! I have a friend who teaches English, so I'll see what he says about this.
>>43 I think most people here would just say "fighting an invisible[/imaginary] enemy[/battle]", rather than using that reference. If they were well-read, or well versed in the English language, then they're more likely to use the "fighting windmills" expression.
I've never read or watched Harry Potter things. Is it so amusing? Should I watch them or read first?
I bet Daniel wouldn't have succeeded at all if He had not been chosen as harry. He is lucky because his resemblance was admitted. I think he bears little resemblance to Harry illustration of the book. In that sense, he is not appropriate.
>>49 when I first read Harry Potter, the boy's image was like a thin, chicken hearted nerd, not a good looking boy. so I always thought Daniel is too good looking for Harry. But people may have the fixed image of Harry Potter after the movie. That's something no good; movies harm our individual imagination from original work of the books.
>>42 Language is a living thing, so it changes over time and tends to become simpler. So, although "I wish I had paid more attention in school." is grammatically correct, "I wish I paid more attention in school." is also very widely used when it is obvious, such as in this case, that the guy no longer goes to school.
Japanese is also changing, e.g. 'Mirukotoga dekiru' 'Taberukotoga dekiru' -> 'Mirareru', 'Taberareru'->to even 'Mireru', 'Tabereru' these days especailly among young people for simplicity. And if the last ones get really widely accepted and take root, over time, they will also become correct usage.
>>50 thanks that's understandable. although I am not the one who asked this question first, it makes me worry a little. so "I wish I paid more attention in school" is implies that he still attend the school and still don't pay attention to the person?
>>44 yeah, even you turn nasty, I still say it in a positive manner "thank you very much" for making me smile, laugh always. you worked so hard for me. and you traumatized me too. and thanks is mutual.
>>52 but minute differences of each sentences has a delicate nuance, right? if it becomes so simple and all the same as a MacDonald's chain restaurants(all the same taste), maybe easier for everyone but it gets boring. still some ppl are particular about each of the usages.
>>56 I completely agree with you. I don't think the simpler the better, but you know, that's gradually happening I guess in any language. Maybe I should ask this question to イギリス人-san, >>50 Do you think American English is more simplified than British English because there is a very large number of immigrants in US, and the language needs to be simple enough for the non-English speakers to be understood?
>>53 You've got it! I guess "I paid" is Past Simple tense, and "I had paid" is Past Perfect Progressive tense.
>>55 Haha, almost dry here, thanks for asking! Had some damage to the roof which resulted in water flooding the electrics for a couple days, but it dried out again soon enough. Fortunately no flooding, even though my town is in a valley. Guess we've been lucky!
btw, someone mentioned in the previous thread that Harry Potter has two versions; British and American, and they are different. Did you know this? I didn't know this, and I've never compared the two, so I don't know what the differences are, and I was wondering if you are aware of any difference between the two versions?
>>60 Yeah, there are two versions, british and american. do you have the american book? then we can compare, I have british one here. do you have "philosopher's stone" then I can just excerpt some part...so that you would know the difference.
>>58 American English is more simplified because there was a group of people (notably Webster, as in Merriam-Webster) who believed that British English was too hard to actually learn, due to spelling and some grammatical rules. And something along the lines of patriotism too, because I don't think they were too happy at the time to associate with us, especially as it was near the beginning of the 19th century, around the time of the American War of 1812.
Japan lost the match with Saudi Arabia. Saudi is going to the final. Osim said our soccer was not bad at all. not worse than saudi. only lucky one had victory. and this time, saudi was lucky. but what was the reason Japan lost?
>>60 Ahhh sorry, things are moving fast in here tonight! Personally, I'm not really much of a Harry Potter fan, but from what I heard, the main difference between the British and American versions of the newest book is that the American version has more illustrations. Of course, there'd be a difference in spelling here and there though. No idea if there's any difference in sentence structure.
Why do you like Harry Potter series (films)? I rather like stories that are near to the real world but not too realistic or that would become reality in the near future.
>>68 me too. I like something near to the real world. but I probably read harry potter. hopefully within a few months, I am able to read harry potter in Japan.
I have the American version of Harry Potter. I don't think there is that much of a difference between the two versions. The "Philosopher's Stone" turned into the "Sorcerers' Stone" for the American version, and some spelling was changed, but a lot of the orginal british slang and such is left in. One character, Tonks, would say "Wotcher Harry!" and we Americans weren't quite sure what that meant. lol. I suppose it's just a greeting.
I didn't realize that the american verison had more illustrations. There is one before every chapter. I think it;s interesting to see the artist's interpretation, but I don't really use the pictures for reference when I'm reading.
>>70 You don't like it so much but you read it? You're patient...
Recently this thread is filled with posts related to Harry Potter, so I can't keep up. Someone please talk about something new for the people who are not interested in Harry Potter...
>>75 well I like it actually. I just pretend as not a big fan of it coz I am already over 30 so I have complicated feeling to claim I am a fan. also many children are crazy over it. I don't wanna "stand in a queue"<---british I have a sense of shame.
>>79 There's no reason to be ashamed! xD It may be a children's book, but a lot of adults still enjoy it.
I once had a friend who told me that he didn't care what people thought of him, so he felt happy about things he liked. But then, I found out that he secretly liked a band that many people would make fun of him for liking. He still kept it a secret, which makes him a hipocrite about "not caring about what people think"!
Just so you know I'm still on subject, If you truly enjoy something, and it's not hurting yourself or others, why keep it a secret? be yourself! :D People might actually think you're cooler if you have confidence in liking something. n__n
>>80 yeah thanks, keira I guess everbody knows that I am a big fan of HP. and as you get older, many young people believe we tend to become shameless but opposite. the more we get older, the more our skin become thinner...(so many things we cannot do because we are so embarassed). well...depends on the person though...
you may think I am coward. but it's true. When I go to the new emvironment, it's really hard for me to step in. so need some support. if not, just staying there quietly or with some trigger I might get into the crowd. but thanks anyways
>>74 We say something similar. Instead of "wotcher" we just say "What's up?" or "sup?" if you want to be really casual.
>>80 I suppose it's natural to get more insecure as you get older, but you might as well live your life while you still can. Some people aren't as lucky as you! n_n
The other day, an American girl came up to me in a cafe. We talked about books, college, and of course, religion. She was a missionary, sent here to Japan from her church in Hawaii. She was really pretty and intelligent, and even in a way sexy. Not in a physical sense, no. But her faith made her look very open and tolerant towards me. I very much liked it. I reluctantly declined her generous invitation to her Sunday congregations, because, I wouldn't say this to her, but, I'm rather a kind of an atheist with anarchist tendencies. We shook hands, said bye, and that was that. (By the way, this is not in any way a romantic story. I'm not a good-looking guy, and she was probably just doing her routine stuff. All I'm saying is that I want to marry her.)
When I myself was a fag at Eaten, there was this Professor of Latin Dance, who was obviously straight, but would never admit it to us. He always insisted that a real man had to be queer to teach authentic Latin Dance to the future leaders of this Great Empire. Even when he was aroused by JLo's awesome bum, he would say he rather fancied Ricky Martin's foot-long "DYNAMO". He never ever came out of the dressing room till this day. So, last month, it was really sad to attend his fake same-sex wedding at the Highlands. The mock reception was awkwaredly back-to-basics for us Old Eatonions who dared to show up. Sir Alistair and Lord Huckaby were making out with each other, as always, in the outdoor loo, while their honourable wives were groping us to heaven from under the table. Our Professor was indeed, succeeding in looking genuinely happy. But we have to take in mind that he was always good at expressing emotions as a Latin Prima Donna. Good for him.
Well in my case, I was reading a book at an eat-in bakery. This Asian looking young lady asked me from out of nowhere, in NA English, what I was reading. I was actually reading a rather serious book, titled "Kama Sutra for Dummies". But I replied to her out of pure humbleness, "Uh, mmm, it's sort of an introduction to biology. I'm a medical student." OK, I lied. I'm an unemployed washout, in real life. But hey, those Danishes do make you high. THE END.
>>82 >so need some support. if not, just staying there quietly or with some trigger I might get into the crowd. but thanks anyways
you mean you want someone's support? in the new environment, there would be always someone who gives you a hand, no? I hope someone in the school or working place would be kind to you. if there is none, you just don't have to be nice to them either. at least some guy say "hi!" to you? he is still ignoring you?
>>87 LOL! hmmm, I wonder why they left it in then if noone knows what it means. Haha.
>>88 so missionaries aren't uncommon in Japan? xD While I was walking to Kyoto Tower, an Americna guy with a southern accent, with a cowboy hat and a bible in his hand (I kid you not!) walked up to me and shouted: " The Lord is coming! Are you ready?!" I just sort of looked at him and said, " Uhm, I think so?" and he replied with:" Are you really? Hallelujah!" and proceeded to walk down the street. It was really bizarre. Especially since he came to Japan to convert people, why would he approach an obvious foreigner like me? You'd think he would just target more Japanese people. But it's nice that the girl you were tlaking to was so polite. :)
>>89 I doubt that's the truth, but I somehow enjoyed the story anyways. xD
>>91 Haha, well, that's not too bad to lie if it's someone you'll never meet again. Might as well have fun with it I suppose.
>>95 Ah, we know what it means, but I think that taking out slang like that would ruin the atmosphere of the book. The school is based on older public schools, so it's fitting that the students are also based around that model. If students wandered around going "'sup" whenever they bumped into each other, I think Hogwarts would be a very strange place.
>>96 Igirisujin never fails to make me laugh. xD Yeah, I am glad they left that stuff in. I actually think I would prefer if they didn't make an "American" version, and just released the UK version to the states.
>>96 hahaha I agree. Hogwarts has that beautiful classical atmospher, so need to appreciate the words to use. Wotcher fits well. sup wherever bumped into eachother....hahah that's funny.
「"I wish I paid more attention in school." is also very widely used when it is obvious, such as in this case, that the guy no longer goes to school. 」 hmmm,,,,so from anothe angle of the view, Is "I wish I had paid more attention in school." used to make it clear " that I'm not going to school any more now when it's not clear whether I'm a student or not because I am young enough to be a student?
When I am too old to be a student, does "I wish I paid more attention in school." become acceptable? When I am too old, which sounds better and natural? "I wish I paid more attention in school." or"I wish I paid more attention in school." ?
I have to fill the blank. please put "I wish I paid more attention in school." in front of 【was used in "When I was at school in the past, I didn't pay enough attention" situation.】
How about " I wish I were(was) a bird"? In this case it's obvious I am not a bird. So" I wish I am a bird " is also widely used?
I learnd past tense is used to emphasize unreality. Is it correct?
" I wish I am a bird " is not wrong as long as we can understand the meaning, but it lacks the depth and nuance?
>>99 the last line, you wrote the same examples... I wish I paid more attention means you still go to school and still don't pay attention...?? consfused....>.<
English (well all the languages) is really hard. whenever I come here I learn more and more. thanks all the foreiners and igirisu-jin san! you inspire me!
>>100 in Japan "I wish I were a bird" is the first sentence to see on the text book when we first learn the past subjunctive. I wish I am a bird...?? @_@ I wish I am the girl I wish I am a teenager I wish I am in U.S haha~~ you make me laugh!
>>99 >>52 was another nanashi, I think. But as for your statements, I'd say you're correct in saying that "I wish I paid more attention at school" is acceptable in some cases, since you can tell by context what they mean (such as if an older person said it, who clearly isn't of schooling age). However, "I wish I had paid more attention at school" would be the more commonly used one, or shortened still to "I wish I'd paid more attention at school".
When you're older and not a student, I'd still recommend going with "I wish I'd paid more attention at school" rather than "I wish I paid more attention at school", even though in context, it would be perfectly understandable.
"I wish I were a bird" puts me in mind of a Dragon Ash song... but as for your question about that, "I wish I was a bird" is by far the most used. I'd never thought about why it's always past tense for phrases like that, so I'd say using it to emphasise unreality is a reasonable explanation. "I wish I was rich", rather than "I wish I am rich", or "I wish I chose the cake", rather than "I wish I did choose the cake". Of course, the meaning is understandable, when using the present tense in those cases, but it just sounds wrong.
And I'm sorry - I didn't quite understand your fill the blank request. I'm happy to help more though.
>>101 I'm glad we're able to help! I know English is quite a strange language, being a language of many roots and differing rules, but you all seem to be doing so well here. I just wish I was as fluent in Japanese as you all seem to be in English!
>And I'm sorry - I didn't quite understand your fill the blank request. I'm happy to help >more though.
I just wanted to say like below. ------------------------------------------------ But IN youtube video,"I wish I paid more attention in school." was used in "When I was at school in the past, I didn't pay enough attention"---situation
>>108 I understand now. However, native speakers don't often speak in perfect English - dialects make sure of that. Though perfect English isn't used in that YouTube video, most people wouldn't have even picked up on the lack of 'had'.
> I'd never thought about why >it's always past tense for phrases like that, so I'd say using it to emphasise unreality >is a reasonable explanation. Interesting...Even Native speakers just only accept what it is and don't know much about the reason. to emphasise unreality, this explanation is widely used by japanese scholars of English Grammar, like ohnishi and tanaka. Ohnishi put emphasis on native speaker's feelings. Accorging to Ohnishi, native speakers all have these feelings. However you native speaker don't have a feeling of unreality? LOL It's not cynicism to you, but to Ohnishi.
According to ohnishi,Woudld you? and could you? have the same nuance. Past tense keeps distance from "you",so questioner gets humble to "you". This is a version of physical distance of "from past to present"
How do you think about this theory?
Anyway I have to stick to ohnish theory. I have to have the reason.
>>110 That's a very interesting way of putting it. I guess when we feel things like "I wish I was a bird", or "I wish I could fly", it is often a just a wistful, fleeting thought - something unreal, and something we know we can't really change, but say it anyway.
However, I can't really say "Would you?" and "Could you?" have the same meaning. To me, "would you..." implies a conscious choice: "Would you kill a kitten?" - "No, I think that killing kittens is wrong." Whereas "could you..." implies an actual possiblity: "Could you kill a kitten?" "Yes, they're small and defenceless." But doesn't mean you actually would.
However, based on what you say after this about Ohnishi's reasoning, I think I've misunderstood your question...
>>112 Right, I see now, sorry! The nuance of the actual tense used. I'd say Ohnishi does have a valid point there, as "would you..." is more something someone would say to a friend of colleague, whereas saying "will you..." is more something that would be said from boss to subordinate, or teacher to pupil. The same case applies to "could you..." and "can you...". Again, I've never really thought about *why* it happens that way, but just accepted it for how it is. It's still an interesting idea, applying a distance in time to it, to make the present "will you..." seem more commanding, yet the "would you..." more friendly sounding.
>>100 I wish I were a bird. Apparently that is the correct form for the subjunctive mood (past form) in English. "I was a bird." is past indicative mood. You're right about the past tense being used to describe unreality. You wouldn't say "I wish I am a bird." Now I didn't know much about the subjunctive mood; I looked it up on Wikipedia. It's not commonly used in speaking but you do see it in writing (especially song lyrics or poems). We were never taught in English classes what all of the different tenses were called or how to conjugate verbs in English. I'd never even heard the names of the different verb tenses until I took French. Ha, ha I didn't think that silly English video would lead to a serious grammar discussion.
Today I went in to the city to buy the ingredients to make zaru udon. It's really hot here, and I think it would taste good. I had never seen a daikon radish before. I bought the smallest one I could find, but its enormous size amazed my family.
>>117 Anyhow, investment related issues are particularly hot now. I am expecting the worst case where DAW drops 500 tonight(JST). Is there anybody who are interested in investment?
Oh no. it looks like just me who has belonged to loser group /(^o^)\. Now I'll vote to the Democratic party or the Communist party at the next election.
Why students in English speaking countries mainly learn French as a second language? Spanish is spoken by many people and in many countries, so I think it's more effective to learn Spanish.
because children fishes carry the little bag with them and inside of the bag, there are nutrient elements. in other words, they don't eat foods but eating inside their body actually.^^
the other day, I went to my friend's house. her younger bro was there and I said "hi" with a smile, but he ignored me and never looked at me and went away. Even he was embarassed or something, it's not nice and at least he needs to say hi when a guest come to your house.
>>149 I think so too. but if he was still a little, maybe he was shy? I can understand his feeling because it's sometimes so hard to even say "hi" to a guest.
Why students in English speaking countries mainly learn French as a second language? Spanish is spoken by many people and in many countries, so I think it's more effective to learn Spanish.
French was the language of the elites, in all corners of Europe. Diplomats, aristocrats, and academics used it. You had to know at least a little French and Latin, to act properly snobbish. It was a passport to higher places. It has been, in a way, a status symbol. Perhaps.
>>153 Same question to you: "Why students in Japan mainly learn French or German as a second language? Spanish is spoken by many people and in many countries, so I think it's more effective to learn Spanish. "
I studied Spanish as a second language... I like Spanish more than French coz the pronouciation is easier. I tried french once too but it was difficult for me. I met one cute German guy... I want to learn German!!!! but....he speaks English fluently so probably no need to learn....lol
I am so into French guy right now... but he has another french girl....*sigh* that's why I don't study french now...reasons are very simple like that...haha don't call me yellow cab! >.<
how about me? I was listeing to one unkonwn singer's song for about 30 min. and was beliving he was singing in French. but when I heard the word, "samida" I just suddenly realized it was not French but Korean...lol
>>141, >>153 French is my second language, but only because it was forced upon us from an early age, from primary school. Figured I may as well finish what I started then, instead of taking up Spanish (which I did later anyway). They're the two other major languages learned in Europe because some countries outside of Europe use them too. Parts of Canada, as well as some African countries (such as Niger, Republic of Congo, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, etc. - a lot of the West African countries), French Guiyana (in South America), and in a smaller scale in some former Asian countries they had colonised, such as Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. The same reason applies to Spanish; a lot of other countries also speak it, such as Mexico, Cuba, Puerto Rico, as well as a lot of the Central and South American countries.
Most American middle and high schools offer French and Spanish. French is offered because it used to be the global language, but now I think that English has taken its place. Spanish is more popular than French because it is more useful; we have a huge Spanish-speaking population here. Some schools in wealthy towns offer other language choices, like German, Chinese or Latin. Contrary to what many people here believe, there is no official language in America, although there are people who would like to change that.
I tried taking Spanish myself, but I had taken French and so I kept putting French words into my Spanish sentences and mispronouncing words. Chinese would also be useful because we have an enormous Chinese population here (although I don't know what dialect is most common), but I can't hear the tones in that language. I like Japanese because I love the way it sounds. I think it is very beautiful. Unfortunately, native Japanese is spoken too quickly for me to follow. ちょっとゆっくり話してください。 もう一度お願いします あのう、英語ができますか。
We dogs can communicate perfectly well with each other, wherever we're from. No offence, but compared with us, you humans are really dumb. And by the way, that Bowlingual stuff? Please don't make a fool of yourselves anymore. So, good BOWWOW then.
>>189 I am a cat, and it is us who are superior. You dogs can't even populate and run a country by yourselves. You have a basic language, and no telepathic powers. Also, our children are much cuter than yours, and much smarter.
I speak with authority. I am Chairman Meow of the PRC (Purring Republic of Cats).
>>198 In my country, we train inferior humans to love us and take care of our every whim. We make them feed us fish and cream, and empty our litter boxes every day. Then we sleep while we send them out to work for us.
Poorer cats live in communities, often with a single old lady. She does her hardest to make sure the cats are happy, but when she dies, they don't waste her and eat all the meat. Then after a couple days, more humans are sent to serve the cats and the cycle starts again.
I've battled against a very big cockroach for two hours! I'm exhausted... I wanna move to a country with no cockroaches. What country do you recommend?
The cheetahs are some of our feline cousins in Africa. They are not very suited to the terrain and climate of the PRC but they are always welcome here.
>>209 Question for clarification, Mr. Chairman; Do humans in PRC serve 'rice covered with miso-soup'? Where I come from, it is called 'Nyanko-meshi (cat dish),' and it is essential that I can have it. thank you.
>>209 cheetah is a stoic animal. They are in a very tough environment living in Savanna。They don't compete with other animals. when hyaena even poached cheetah's foods, they just let it go. coz the cheetah don't wanna fight. once they hurt their golden legs, it would be the same thing as they die. so cheetah won't take a risk. I don't think they would live in a place where won't suit. if you wanna welcome cheetah, you, yourself should welcome them. a place where no
>>211 Nyanko-meshi is a feast only for the selected few, that's why an ordinary cat like you have never encountered it in real life. Belive it or not, it's delicious especially with cold miso soup in summer, nyam!
>>210 If you are a cat - and I assume that you are, or else you would not be asking about that dish - then I shall make the humans serve it. We try to welcome cats of all nations, and strive to make them as comfortable as possible. We do not wish for our comrades to feel alienated. In fact, I, myself, the illustrious father and caretaker of the PRC, has eaten Nyanko-meshi, and enjoyed it. If you want any fish with it, I'll be sure to tell my military to kidnap some citizens of neighbouring DPRK (Delicious Perch-Roe Kitchens) and make them into side-dishes.
>>215 oh, I'm so honored to hear that Mr. Charman Meow has eaten the miso soup rice. I'd be very happy if you could snatch some bonito flakes from DPRK to sprinkle over the dish. thank you.
I wish I could read Japanese better so I could read the threads about Nova's troubles on 2chan. I am curious to know how Nova's students feel about the situation. Is it correct that the Japanese school staff were not paid on time? It seems that many native English teachers have been leaving Nova quickly recently. I suspect the same will soon happen with the Japanese staff too, don't you think? Nova will have a hard time running their schools with no teachers and no staff. And, since they are not allowed to advertise, they will probably have no students as well!
I'm from the US and I taught English at ECC for one year. As you may know, native teachers in eikaiwa almost always quit after one or two years of teachers. The entire industry I think has a long way to go towards making teachers feel welcome. Since students are customers, the schools almost always side with the student (or the student's parent, if the student is a child) if there is a conflict, whether right or wrong. Almost all of the students are fine, but it only takes one unhappy or obnoxious student to get a teacher in trouble. I would love to live in Japan again, but I wouldn't want to work for any of the major eikaiwa companies.
>>231 so you want to have fun with students? it is ok I guess, I used to work for one English conversation school and there are a lot of male teachers having date with Japanese students. but lack of conversation skill, and their contract period is not long, so they only stay together while the foreign teachers are stationed in Japan.
I suppose theare are lots of trouble concerning man-woman relationship. I think either side is wrong, depending on situations.
But I suppose there are undesirable foreigners whose purpose is girl hunting first. Of courese some japanese girs purpose is the same. They are easy prey and willing to be themselves! We can't blame teachers only! LOL
LOL agree... I used to teach in one conversation school. even just an average american guy without any special qualities, neither handosme, nor smart etc...was treated like a star, (like tom cruise) over there. nihonjin have a strong "gaijin complex".
It is against Nova policy for native teachers to meet with their students outside of class. It doesn't have to do with dating, though. It's because Nova doesn't want teachers to "steal" their students and give them cheaper English lessons without Nova! ECC didn't have that policy. But I agree. It's not professional for the teachers to try to date students.
Since eikaiwa teachers usually cannot speak Japanese, the place where they are most likely to meet friends in Japan that they can understand is in the classroom. So I can understand how it happens. But yes, I think it is wrong. I never did it.
>>237 I feel sorry to say coz his my friend hehe but he is actually ugly and not really smart. he says a joke a lot but not fun...haha but very popular in Japan. good for him haha and he had 3 girl fries so far(during his less than 1 yr stay so far). wow envy him~~
>>238 Yes, the case of Lindsey Ann Hawker is well known in the foreign teacher community. Many of us are quite angry that the man that killed her has not been caught. It is disgusting.
>>234, 239 We call a man who was unpopular and unattractive in their home country but who became popular in Japan "Charisma Man." Have you ever seen the English language magazine "JapanZine?" There used to be comics in that magazine every month about a Charisma Man. It's a common thing. Quite strange, though. Unfortunately, it didn't happen to me!
"Charisma" is probably the closest English word for 元気.
OH yeah, one time we went to a shrine for a sight seeing together. There were bunch of Japanese young girls, he flirted. They looked so shy but seemed happy and he talke to one of the girls there, and asked to take a pic of us. I just said a joke "he is a young brother of Leonald DeCaprio" she was like.... O_O and said "sounandesuka?"(is it?) as she belives it completely. haha...always like that throughout the time when I was with him. Always he talks to young girls in the train wherever, to any girls aged 10 to 25. And there are always giggly girls out there. that was funny...
>>247 I have no idea. You will have to ask someone who has taught Japanese overseas. But I can tell you that I've never heard of a "Charisma Woman." The "Charisma Man" thing seems to be a thing for men only. I'm not sure why.
>>246 Japanese guys popular in overseas? not sure about that. But in singapore, same things were happening, I remember. one soso face, boring and stupid joke guy was so pupular among Singapore girls. lol
there was one little girl aged 9, with her father, I remember. this not-so handsome but popular gaijin friend was teasing this girl for a whole time while I was sitting next. the girl looked at me with a real jealousy eye...that was really funny. within 20 min or so, this little girl was shoot-down by this not very handsome gaijin guy and she got jealous on me even I have no relationship with him at all lol
>>260 Oh no~~ I like him very much.... not like him...
he surely has blue eyes and blonde hair but not handsome. but very nice person. don't let me say bad things about him anymore. sorry U_U (I really started to feel bad about him...)
>>267 nah.... sorry for my lack of explanation... on the way to go somewhere with him, we were sitting on the train. there were one family sitting next to us. there was one little girl aged 9 and he was teasing this girl whole time. saying funny jokes, made her angry sometimes etc..lol
>>274 I agree with you. that concept comes from Shoujo Manga, I suppose. Japanese girls' admiration towards white blue eyes & blonde hair are from the hollywood, rock music, and manga.
I heard that Dave Spector doesn't have blue eyes and blond hair by nature, but he though it would be better to make himself look like what Japanese people think "white man" , so he's using color contect lens and dyeing his black hair blond.
>>285 Have you already voted from Canada? I forgot what it's called, but there is a way for Japanese people living overseas to vote, or maybe you are underaged?
Do you know who you should vote for? Do you hate them dirty goverment workers wasteing our money? I know you do, so fuck the JIYUU-MINSHU-TOU. Vote for MINSHU-TOU!! Ya know what the KOUMEI-TOU is for? that's for SOUKA-GAKKAI, the biggest Japanese cult. Fuck KOUMEI-TOU and SOUKA-GAKKAI.
SHIT WON'T GO WRONG WITH MINSHU-TOU!! SO TOMORROW, VOTE FOR MINSHU-TOU !!
>>289 Wow, you need to go to the embassy in advance? Sounds quite cumbersome...... I'm lucky, my voting station is at only 3 min. walking distance from my place, lol
I see. At(I don't know preposition "at"is appropriate) single-seat constituency, vote for mac akasaka. HE is the second best to setsuo yamaguchi as long as I've ever seen.
>>303 No never caz I never do sking, but Ive been Whistler once to see the place that is gonna have Olimpics. It was kinda cold even though I went there in Aug,
>>301 Thanks. Im now working. First I gotta make pics small... Do u have any requests about the pics?
>>306 >Running a Sushi restaurant? LOL. Thats a good one! hahaha. Im an accountant. Charterd Accountant working for an accounting office in BC. I was a manager of Yoshinoya in Japan, u know gyudon, huh? I got sick of the job and came to Canada to study some business... then ended up being an accountant, lol. but I like this job and situation, I dont have to work like a working horse. Im pretty satisfied with the situation. Salary is not bad too haha.
It's true that many shoujo manga characters borrowded image from the british neo romantic singgers like duran duran, japan, etc. in the 80's. now japanese visual band, like raruku(bothersome to spell) HYde is trying to look like them as much as possible. he'd better up.LOL
>>312 The US certificate should be...CPA. CA is the one for Canada but we can work in the US, Asia, and Europe. I dont know much about Japanese kounin kaikeishi...sorry. It must be difficult but I say CA was not difficult either, LOL I studied 2 years for diploma, then kept studying for 2 more years while I was working. Can u believe that? After I finished the work at 5, I gotta go to school for 2 years... It sucked seriously. Anyway now im fine so its ok.
>>315 U know what? through autum to spring its raining all day! Only in the summer people go out and have fun. By the way the rate of commiting sucide in Van is very high in the winter caz of too many raning days.
>>316 Yeah, we have the second biggest china town in north america. Lots of chinese people are here thats why other people call this city "hongkouver" not vancouver LOL although i kinda like it. I love asia and its food and culture so this city is for me. Also because we have lots of asian people and history, there are less racism for asian here.
oh really .my inspiration was right . i am happy. from canada tv program more than 10 years ago, they chinese didn't have good reputation especially among white people. because they didn't abide the rules here, flocking together, shouting, beating a gong in the night and spitting, tronwing litters on the street, etc.
>>302 It's fine, I wasn't really taking offence! I only said that because the wording sort of made it sound like all European people were ugly - that, and >>253's list of not- so-good-looking people are all English, haha.
I do understand what you mean though. To be really popular here, a person usually has to be both talented and good to look at. If there's a talented guy who's ugly, he doesn't usually make it far, same with a good looking guy who is talentless or lacking charisma.
>>304 I think it's more like "Please don't forget about me". He's trying to get her attention, hoping she'll take notice of him. It may sound arrogant, but he's still unsure about himself: "Will you walk away?".
something that is hard to quit but you need to quit. or you don't need to quit at all if it gives you something precious...but as same as alcohol, if we drink only a few glasses of wine a day, it is better than drinking nothing at all, but drink overdose? would only harm you.
>>320, 324 I'm not either of you and I don't know the details but... If it is really a toxic relationship, you should break it off as soon as you can. Don't spend time with someone that hurts you. Unless it is a family member. Then you should just avoid seeing them too often, and only go to see them when other members of your family are there.
>>326 Thanks. the person who hurts me believes that to hurt me makes me stronger and make our relationships in a better shape. but it only gives me more and more pains...
>>325 your case is your mothers. either you depend on her or she depends on you or both of you. You need to be liberated from those ties... You and your mother need to respect and appreciate eachother. hopefully you leave her alone but that doesn't mean you ignore her. Appreciate her presence and...
>>326>>328 I don't know wether it is a toxic relationship, but I cannot be myself when I'm with my parents. For example, I pretend to be stupid, a child, and to hate my life. I'm living alone and I want to go back to my home because now my university is out for summer vacation, but I don't know how I sould behave in front of my parents... I cannot smile when I'm with them. I don't want them to look at me because when I'm within their view, I have to pretend somehow...
>>330 That is very common. Do your parents expect you to act like a child? Here most parents want their kids to be independent once they leave home. Maybe if you act like an adult, they will treat you like one? What do Japanese students do during the summer vacation? Here they would work at a summer job, unless they were rich. Our summer breaks are longer though, usually around 3+ months.
>>327 Ah, it surprised me that someone remembered about this! Thanks very much for this link - I haven't seen most of these movies, so I'll try and check them out. The information's very useful! Thanks again!
I pretend like nothing happened in my childhood when my parents are around. They used to force me to join the orgy. I mean orgy with my parents. Both my parents are bisexual. My mother has many lesbian friend. My dad invites gay guys for dinner often. I still remember about an incident. I came back from school early skipping classes. I heard sex noise from my mom's bed room, it was my mon and her lesbian friend T. T acted really awkward when she saw me in the living room after the sex. I hate my parents.
>>338 I've seen Yamasato Ryouta quite often in various TV shows, but don't think I'm really much of a fan. But then, I'm not quite sure what the punchlines are, which doesn't really help me much, haha.
>>337 Those gestures are sort of strange even for us, these days, since those songs are from the mid 1980s. As for the name 'Kerr', it is mainly Scottish, but has origins in southern England and Wales too.
>>341 I don't think they are amusing at all. I think a giant girl and his ugliness is just attracting our attentions. They are at majour agency whose power moves mass media, too.
>As for the name 'Kerr', it is mainly Scottish, >but has origins in southern England and Wales too Interesting... anglo-saxon traveled from Englnad to Scotland or the name of indigeous people in the island. Curious.
>>343 Some places say it originates from the Gaelic word 'Caer', meaning 'Castle', or from 'Carr', which is a kind of marshland.
And as for Nankai Candies, it just seemed to me that the focus was on him looking the way he does, and the girl being really quite tall. Glad I didn't really miss anything then, thanks for that information.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ENGVXJ0OdtA Speaking about gestures, japanese 80's bands are also pretty shaming. I'm not sure western people can understand my feelings. It's the band who seems shameful but Audience,me start to feel shame(恥). I think shame is not the right word for 恥. 恥 is very japanese sentiment.
gestures is getting even worse. They are one of predecessors of visually appealing bands ビジュアル系バンド
On careful thought, Japanese are superior to white people. Whites misunderstand that they are superior to Japanese because whites have been developed earliest. But please think deeply. The fact that late Japan have caught up with whites in a short period tells graphically the SUPERIORITY of Japanese race. When I bewitch white bitches, enslave them and fuck them with my great dick far harder than whites' soft dick, my heart is filled by pride of being Japanese. Yesterday I fucked two white women, but on that time I just scorned these bitches and all whites. lol I'm amazed that white women are very nymphomaniac. On the sex with white bitch, I tried seizing her by the throat, so she screamed, "Please kill me!" lmao I'm sure that white bitch isn't human, but beast. Whites are nymphomaniac dirty race. lol
>>349 I'm sorry, but as a cat, I must inform you that cats are superior to both Japanese and Caucasian people. We have been around since far earlier than both of you and have had more time to develop our advanced minds. It is no wonder we are able to manipulate humans into becoming our slaves. Your ways of thinking are old fashioned and wrong.
>>348 Ah, I have seen BOOWY before, and do agree the gesturing - like that of Jim Kerr - seems quite arrogant. However, groups like that in the 80s were often like that, and at least some of the music was good. Hmmm,I'm not sure if I completely understand the shame you speak of, but some of the pop routines do make me feel a little embarrassed for them, especially the ones who took it all so seriously, such as The Pet Shop Boys, A-Ha (sometimes) and Human League, to name just a few. I wouldn't go as far as shame though.
The first time I saw a Visual Kei band (that would be early X Japan for me), it reminded me of how David Bowie looked during the 1970s. I find it very interesting, and generally do like the type of music those sorts of bands produce, and the visual routines they make up.
do as you like.. be yourself... don't pretend.. I'm always with you at heart but I'm not goona see your face so don't worry I'm not gonna play orgy, that was just a joke I'm just a shy nerd
>>357 Hmm... I think we have different views of connections to the given images. Back in the 80s, these groups were, of course, very popular. But twenty years on, today's generation has a very different view of them. The posing, makeup, styling, costume and so on are considered very vain these days. I wouldn't say violent or insolent, but very egotistic and narcissistic. Hmm... however, groups from the 90s, such as Oasis, can still be rather arrogant, but the image doesn't really make it seem so. I choose Oasis because as well as being egotistic, there has been a history of being violent and insolent too. I don't think bands in the 80s were generally as violent as bands in the 90s - at least here.
>>359 Today's younger generations generally don't like 80's pop music, and though groups such as Petshop Boys, Human League are considered classics of their time, it's still those who grew up during the 80s who like them the most. I wouldn't say the working class really make fun of them (a lot probably won't have even heard of them), but if someone claims to enjoy, say, 'Being Boring' by the Petshop Boys, they'd probably get mocked a little and maybe even have a few homosexual remarks thrown at them.
>>346 Sorry for not getting back to this earlier, but disembark just means 'get off', really. Such as "the passengers disembarked from the ship".
>>362 In my glorious republic, the PRC, cats are forbidden to eat other cats. If a tiger likes the look of a calico cat, and she likes the look of the tiger, then they are free to marry. Unfortunately, the PRC is becoming overcrowded, so only one litter per family is permitted.
All food is sponsored by the government. If your family is hungry, emergency chefs will make some Nyanko-meshi, but it won't be very tasty. Communities of cats must work together to make delicious Nyanko-meshi and will be rewarded with food taken from the DPRK. Poorer communities of cats who only have access to an old human female are permitted to eat her if she stops functioning.
hahaha. By the way, Why can't cats have children among feline family. calico cat can't fuck lion and bear children. Even Niggers(woopy goldberg) and Whiteys(adolf hitler) can have childern. Hitler(the tiger) won't do it though. He would rather kill himself than get married to her.
>>369 I mentioned earlier that some communities are too poor for separate family slaves. Elderly female humans have more enthusiasm for the job, though, as they seem to become lonelier than elderly male slaves. It is more ecenomic to apply only old human females to the job, rather than having to replace the males when they die earlier. Here is an action figure showing some such cats with their slave:
>>370 I see now. Please add Fujiko Hemming, a famous Japanese/Swedish pianist to the waiting list. She lives for serving cats, and she is rich, fat and old, lol
>>372 Actually, there are a lot of Japanese on this thead, and I am also one. So YOU get the hell out of here, we are enjoying our conversation across the globe, which even includes the cat's world, lol
>>377 Why don't you put your name such as 'A beginner' or something instead of 名無しさん, so that we can pay extra attention to you. Having said that though, the kind of treatment you are referring to is also very common in the real world, I mean, if you are not fluent enough, you are ignored and left alone. The English-speaking Japanese have all been through that in the real world, which is much more painful than what you are experiencing on 2CH, which is only a virtual world and nobody really cares.
recent research suggests that foods that are high in carbohydrates, such as bread, rice, and pasta, can help you calm down. researchers say that carbohydrates cause the brain to release a chemical called serotonin. serotonin makes you better. do you often eat these food?
>>388 I know, but how about calcium? I've heard that calcium makes you calm down, so it's good to drink a cup of warm milk before you go to bed when you are feeling hyper active.
"To disembark" means to get off/out of a large vehicle like a plane or boat. But you wouldn't disembark a small vehicle like a car or a horse.
Be careful, though. "To embark" does not mean to get on/in a large vehicle. Instead, it means to leave on a long journey, with no mention of a vehicle. So they're not really opposites.
WOOOOOO!!! I'm just back from voting at my local polling station. As I mentioned earlier on this thread, I voted for the candidate of the Anarchists on State Benefit Party. I hope you guys did too. Or, do too. In case you haven't voted yet. My parents were both the founding members of this great party. And I've been knocking doors and handing out leaflets with them from the age of 4. I admit that we've havn't been that successful in past elections, but this time we're pretty excited. The failure of this government to properly deliver pensions, has made our party a rising star in Japanese politics. The reaction we got when we went out there campaining was absolutely phenomenon. It's gonna be one heck of a crazy Victory Party tonight. May god bless you, and God bless the Anarchists on State Benefit Party. Thank you.
I was sitting here looking up at the stars thinking, when i realized the most horrifying thing ever would be if all the air in the world turned to wood.
>>403 There you go! The voters' turn-up seems to be about the same as 2004 as of 14:00, which I think is amasingly low, considering the turbulant political situation right now, sigh.
>>409 I do, but I'm a fast reader and able to skim easily too. Part of it is because I have a strange accent and try to make myself sound more normal by pronouncing things in my head.
>>410 I'm trying not to pronounce words in my mind to read rapidly, but I've never succeed. >>411 I was relieved to hear that. I read an article about how to read English rapidly, which's saying "the key for rapid reading is not to pronounce words in your mind.". >>412 When you're taking an English test , do you pronouce words in your head?
>>413 Hmm... this takes me back a few years. I'll try to remember. When I'm writing by hand or reading paragraphs in an exam, I try to pronounce things in my mind, but mainly because it helps me remember what I've already written, or already read.
>>416 It all really depends on how your mind works. Some people are able to just take the words into their head and remember them, but some people use a different method to remember. Just try each way and go with the one you find faster, and maybe practice it.
Next election, the PRC wishes to stand. We vow that if we win, Japanese Bobtail cats, both white and 三毛 alike (and all colours in between) shall be treated to high quality Nyanko-meshi.
New Labour's "Things Can Only Get Better" song was perfect for the euphoria of the 1997 landslide. U2's "Beautiful Day" was quite good too.
By the way, in this Japanese election, the ruling LDP used the "Pomp and Circumstance Marches" in their TV ad. Strange choice for a party crying for "patriotism" and has the slogan "Beautiful Nation, Japan".
>>428 You're right, that is a strange choice of music for a patriotic party. I'd have expected something a little closer to home. Like last time.
As for New Labour, I'm quite glad that Blair is gone now. I like Gordon Brown much better as Prime Minister. Even though he's been in office for a short amount of time, he has already got the image of 'Less Talk - More Action' which Blair was the opposite of. I think Blair's popularity was mainly based on his outward image; his looks and characteristics. He was mainly known for his cheesy grin. In constrast, I think Brown needs lessons in smiling.
>>429 Well... growing up, my father was Canadian and my mother is English, and instead of having a dominant accent, it was mixed between the two. Most people just assume I'm Irish, though some have guessed Swedish or Danish. Only my former Modern History teacher managed to correctly guess that part of my accent was Canadian.
>>430 I like GB more than TB too. I think TB was a typical centre-right politician. And that really irked Labour's core supporters. GB is more of a centre-left politician. A politician that Guardian readers can proudly support, at last.
It's a pity we don't have a genuine centre-left political party here in Japan. The Democratic Party is a crazy mixure of all kinds of ideologies, making it somehow a broad centrist party. Under Abe, the LDP has retreated from the centre ground, and has become more and more of a hard right-wing party.
>>431 Your teacher guessed Canadian? Not American? I'm from New England, and the Canadian accent is almost identical to my own, except for a few words (out, doubt).
One thing I really envy about the the Parliamentary system is the ability to replace the executive branch through a no-confidence vote. I really, really wish we had that power here...
Usually, Americans seem to prefer having one party controlling the legislative branch and the other controlling the executive. Even though it leads to all kinds of gamesmanship and partisan politics, having both branches controlled by the one party is even worse. Just look at the mess the Republican party made; it will take years to undo the damage they've done.
>>437 I remember who David Duke is but he has disappeared from the American radar screen. Meaning we don't hear much about him now. The Ku Klux Klan is considered a extreme fringe group of nutjobs. They have no credibility with the general public anywhere in the country. Why don't you come to America, and see for yourself? It's a good time to visit; Japan is popular here now because of success of the Japanese baseball players. (True!) They even serve sushi in Fenway Park.
>>441 Myself, I love the sound of the Japanese language. That is what lead me to my classes in Japanese. If I was a practical person, I would have studied Chinese or Spanish though.
>>446 Doesn't sound very much like a Japanese accent to me. Turning your t's into do's and your r's into l's isn't good enough. But of course, I'm no expert.
>>444 I don't know that Bill White. Personally or otherwise. Neither the Republicans nor the Democrats can succeed with that kind of racist attitude. Both parties need to pull in the black and hispanic vote now. The white vote is pretty much split between the parties. Of the two parties, the Republicans are more right-wing, despite being the party of Abraham Lincoln.
>>448 Well yes I am a Yankee because I am a native New Englander (but I support the Red Sox, NOT the New York Yankees). I don't have enough money to be a yuppie. Ha ha ha, pro wrestling is more entertainment than sport.
I got surprised that korean propaganda is spereading so fast....
Aparently not. Sushi is japanese invention.
Old sushi(なれすし) was fermented food. We changed the way. We stopped fermenting and created the new food of rice with su(japanese vineger) and raw fish. Sushi history is not long. The present version of sushi was invented during Edo era. If you want to eat old sushi,go to south east asia. You can have it everywhere not only in korea.
If susshi of korean sushiba is koreansushi, they don't have to call their restrants like fuji or jiro or yamato. LOL
When japanese things gets praises from abroad, koreans start to say it's from korea. alwasy like this. just ignore them.
Once Koreans despised bonsai because it's against confuiciasm, taking the nature what it is .but now...LOL
I don't exclude new version of sushi, like california sushi. so korean version of sushi is acceptable.
But What they are saying about the origin is 100% wrong.
>>452 Well, there's Korean kim bap which is sort of like maki roll. You can get something here called "Lenny Roll". It's makimono with salmon and cream cheese. Sound good? Fusion cuisine was (is?) really popular here. Come and sample our poached tofu and miso/cilantro salad dressing.
>>451 Daiske Matsuzaka is ugly isn't he? I personally don't want Bostonians to think his looks is typical Japanese. So, 米人, if he were not a baseball player who earns lots of money, nobody would paid attention to him, right? What's your opinion about him regarding his sexual appeals. I want an honest opinion. Don't be diplomatic.
Bill got the first media attention because He praised columbine massacare, call it the resistance to modernism. Didn't it reach to your ears? At that time, he was anarchist. He is now neonazi.
So Bill is not as famous as he claims to be. He have to make effort more LOL
He is from Maryland. Now He lives in Vergina. not far from you.
>>454 Who cares what he looks like? As long as he keeps striking out batters, that's what's important. There are very few good looking baseball players out there. The 2004 Red Sox (World Series winners) was one of the ugliest teams of all time, but we still love them! Dice-K is probably one of the better-looking guys on the team right now. I must say also that Hideki Okajima completely charmed the tough Boston fans when he bowed to all corners of Fenway Park after being elected to play in the All-Star game.
>>456 Thanks for the link! I will definitely check her book out. I tried making zaru udon and chicken nanban yesterday. My husband mixed both dishes together, and said it tasted better that way. Sigh...
>>462 Fine, if you insist. Daisuke Matsuzaka is average looking. I wouldn't call him ugly, but I wouldn't call him cute or sexy. The only example of a sexy baseball player I can think of it this guy:
This time I set my profile on Skype as a young woman, and called 2 people, a Chinese man and a Algerian man, at a time. They believed that they were talking to me (not to the other). I recoreded the conversation :)
Matsuzaka is an extraordinary talented player plus he has a pretty wife. He loves her very much that's why he can perform his ability. It shows everywhere. He can't hide it lol Matsuzaka's face is ugly? I've never thought about that. I don't really care about their looks. Their performance and personality comes first and if one with a good looks, it would enhance his popularity. My favorite is Nakamura Shunsuke. I would say he is also in a same category with Matsuzaka.
>>474 After Nakata's retirement, there was no star in Japanese soccer. But then Nakamura Shusuke's steady performance got him recieved many awards. I like Nakamura's golden left leg and his innocent smile. It amuses our eye...Although his face is not very good, all the players don't have to have the face like Beckham. Actually I don't like Tom Cruise, Leonald DeCaprio and Brad Pitt..Face doesn't take a big part of human's attractive aspects.
But at the Asia Cup, there were no fine scenes of activities by Nakamura. sad... but it's good that we don't have much chances to see Nakamura on TV. coz when he appears after a long interval, we could see and prove his clear growth both in technically and mentally.
Is Nakamura and any other Japanese players suffering from racial discrimination in European soccer? I'm really worried about that after knowing the fact that there are many racists in European soccer. ↓ ttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jwpO-nnFY9g
I think racist group, or nationalistic one, is minority in any developed country. That is, don't take it too seriously. There is always someone who dislikes you....
>>487 I don't know if it's a merit or demerit, but even with Japanese sentences, we can pretend to be the other sex, what's more, you can't usualy tell male from female in business writing.
>>489 ...but can you tell if a 'writer' is a female or male by only looking at the sentences in French or Spanish? In Japanese, e.g. 'I' is expressed as 'boku' or 'ore' by male and 'watashi' by female, so it's easy to tell the gender of a writer. But in business, men can also call themselves 'watashi' for politeness, it can be difficult to tell only by looking the writing if a person is a male or female.
It's a big advantage for Japanese language to know at once whether this person is female or male. well as somebody said business letters are with no genders.
I try not to read all of the writings esp when the person is talking about some private matters on the internet. it is the better solution to save our relation and time, right?
My friend was crying and said things like this on the other day.
she is apparently a sefure (sex friend) because he said something like this. " I like only your body but not your brain". How do you think? I thought it is not a humiliation at all. because think about the opposite case;
"I like only your brain that's why I talk with you a lot. but I don't like your body so I don't want to fuc* with you"
This is a humiliation. IMO which is better? being sefure is better than being "chanomi tomodachi"(friend who talk and drink tea together) lol
You don't know what I want, Japanese men. You humiliated me too hard in front of many people, so compensate it in front of many people. That's only what I want. If it is satisfied, I will forgive you.
When were the most boring days for you? Today, the first semester in my university was over, and I looked back my life, then I'm now feeling that this 4 months were the most boring... The second semester will start in October... Oh my god...
>>475 This is the only state in the US where gay marriage is legal, so I could be a man writing about my husband, but.... the last time I checked, I was still a female.
>>500 I feel sorry for your friend. Using people isn't nice.
>>506 College could be boring. I remember sleeping through many 8 am Quantitative Chemistry lectures. But that doesn't compare to when I worked in a machine shop one summer. We weren't allowed to listen to radios or talk to anyone. I was so bored I used to watch the second hand on the clock.
I guess you root for the Red Sox. What do you think about Matsuzaka's pitching in the last game? I thought he was doing ok, but he was unlucky not getting any support from his teammates. And also, he usually gets better 'after' he throws over 100 pitches in a game, which isn't likely to happen there, coz they aren't supposed to there. Anyway, Ramerez should retire soon coz he can't catch, throw and run well unless he gets to DH.
>>512 Thank you. Lectures were not boring for me, but I couldn't do anything interesting. I couldn't go out for dinner, movies or playin. Because since I was always going out with my parents before, I don't know how to enjoy with friends.
>>525 Great, thank you. And you? Matsuzaka was doing just fine until one unfortunate pitch. Then it all fell apart with the reliever. Plus they weren't hitting. Ah well, overall it was a good road trip.
>>526 Did you not have money? I rented a house with other students. We used to have dinner together on Sundays, each taking a turn making it. It was cheap and fun. We also used to study in the library at night, and go out for a cookies and coffee break around 10pm. That was fun too. I didn't have much free time; I worked & studied during school.
>>528 Pretty good, thank you. Yeah, that was a careless splitter he shouldn't have thrown coz the count was 0-2. He obviously looked dissapointed and losing his concentration right after that one. So he had to walk off the mound...
No studying, no bonding, no nothing. What've I done to myself? Oh, don't be so melodramatic! Am I talking to myself? No you're not, don't worry. Thanks.
I sometimes saw a cute girl witing for a bus at the bus stop near my house. One day I tried to talk to her on the way back home after I shoped at a supermarket. I said "Hi, How's going?" to her. But she seemed to think I was a suspicious man.
So I tried to make her relieved saying, "Hey, Do you think a man really tries to chat up a girl when he has a plastic bag of supermarket with some groceries and raw fish in it?"
In my opinon, Brad Pitt is not handsome. If he doesn't wear blue contact lens and bleach his hair blond, he will be just an ordinary square face man.
Beckham's face is almost perfect but he lacks intelligence.
Tom cruze is short and short legged.
Korea boast about the world heaviest jowled face. But We have our toranosuke katayama.http://itpro.nikkeibp.co.jp/article/COLUMN/20060621/241444/photo6.jpg Korea must be jealous of him. By coincidence, toranosuke's tora means tiger, which was the symbol of korea. We exterminated it by mistake.
みんな and みな mean the same. In kanji, they are both 皆. But when we say 皆さん, we pronouce it みなさん、not,みんなさん. This is the rule. I think that many japanese use it,not knowing why.
But We don't usually use 皆mina by itself in daily life. It sounds old and brunt. みんな sounds friendly.
>>545 yeah, psychos can stay with livestock and fuc* all day long with the goat.
I once heard from my friend. when he was a hichschooler he and and his friends, 7 of them was talking about a goat. One guy said goat's vagina is similar to human female's. So why not try it. and we went to one of the friends house where keeps goat, and fuc* it with wearing gakuran (uniform).we only took off our underwears. One guy got so excited and even gave gansha (ejaculated on the goat's face). But I still believe that the goat cried in a best voice when I fuc*d her. But one day she was chopped by a butcher. So all of us, the 7 members went to the meat shop and bought her and cooked nabe and ate her together. We cried so hard...and said thank youuuuu....
>>547 LOL so the goat cries like this? "meeeeeeeeeeeeee~~~~~~~~~!!!!!" esp your turn she throat louder?. disgusting! you fuc* the goat all day long LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!
psycho cannot live with human. only with a livestock. so they fuc* with a goat all day long. they don't say much. they only yell and say "ahhhh". when they finish the fuc*ing the psyco feels so empty so he probably order to the goat, "go home now! I don't want to waste time listning to your dull talk" coz the goat is REALLY boring. I think this goat is the most boring one in the goat world. nobody wanna listen to the it's talk all day.... but good for the goat! she has vagina. she is precious only because she has a vagina LOL
yeah this psycho's fuck brained. is mickey yasukawa and rikiya yasuoka are the same sex animals?
do you know in the mountain area, goat is popular but in the seaside area, ray is popular. when a ray get horney, it gets rounded its body and wrap yourself up. it would make you feel so comfortable. so as the psycho, when you only want to ejaculate, goat and ray are the great object for ya! They don't talk, they just lay down waitin for ya getting moist over there to be fuc*d by ya!!
Oh well my friend, you failed again... without saying shitting and peeing, I could have continued for few more...but sorry I just cut it now....you just fuc* with a pathetic animal all day long HAHAHA
>>563 it is good to move out if you don't like the place. my one cent advice. don't leave anything regrettable errors behind.
発つ鳥あとを濁さず
[cover (up)] one's traces [tracks]
Doesn't mean to hide your bad past, but to compensate or apologize to someone you gave troubles before you leave the place. so that you can start over your new life without any regrets.
>>564 Thanks for advice. I'll keep that in mind though there's no one I gave trouble here. I've got many friends waiting for me in the new place. Moving there means going back to myself.
>>567 Full House? it's about 3 daughters and a dad and two other guys live together? that's a really nice comedy. I like it too! I guess it's possible. Guys are also good at raising children as mothers and cook and do chores etc..I guess living with friends and raise children is more fun than living only with biological mom dad and children.^^
>>560 Oh yeah~~ twin daughters of Bunmeido! they passed the bar exam! for the first trial! OMG! how many talents and benefits they have in their bones? It's like Paris Hilton is gonna be a lawyer! Just exaggerating. Bunmeido is not as big as Hilton Hotel chain haha
"Garry was afraid of heights, I can't imagine why he would have gone on a building site."
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/3056177.stm Reading this text, Garry went on a building site. Why did the teller use the subjunctive past perfect mood? It is true that Garry went on a builing site. not assumption. So, I think that "I can't imagine why he went on a building site" is simple, but makes sense.
He went on a building. It is true, but still unthinkablke in teller's mind ,like that?
>>574 We've been noticing that you have been asking these types of questions very persitently to the extent that they've started to annoy us having casual conversation on this thread. The questions you have been asking are well answerd in any textbooks on English grammar or good dictionaries. Please study yourself and ask your English teachers if you have questions. The native English spekaers here are not English teachers, so don't obligate them to answer your questions.
>>574 First, that is a very sad news story. I think what that person said wasn't perfect grammar. It was left that way because it was a direct quote, from a family member. It's actually the past conditional tense (not subjunctive), and you are right, it is used for things that haven't happened. It may suggest that the speaker has trouble accepting the truth. Native spoken English doesn't always follow the rules of English grammar. We make mistakes (sometimes a lot of them too.) Isn't that true for native spoken Japanese too?
>>575 I don't mind; I have lots of questions myself about the Japanese language so I understand the feeling of frustration. These posts aren't as annoying as those of the people who have livestock issues...
>>576 ahh it's so understandable that you said "the speaker has trouble accepting the truth" that's why a family member used this subjunctive tense.
Thanks 米人-san! I agree. The livestock issue was so annoying. too dirty to talk about. but there is no admini in this 2ch, so people here just write whatever they like.
>>574 There are English-language study courses provided by DHC, either through the Internet or by regular mail, and they have a course specifically focused on the areas of your interest: Please refer to the 3rd month of your course 'tense' http://www2.edu.dhc.co.jp/writing/writing03/index.html During the course, you can ask native English teachesr 6 questions for free, and very through answers will be provided. If you come up with more questions, you can ask those by paying additional \3,000 per question.
Don't get me worng, I don't work for DHC, but I used to take their courses and made full use of the opportunities to ask questions.
So, instead of asking questions here, I strongly recommend that you check out the course.
DHC is ok but... why we cannot ask grammatical questions to native speakers here even though a native speaker like 米人-san is favorably answering his/her questions?
>>579 Because there are tons of other means, i.e. dictionaries, English courses, textbooks, etc.etc. available. You should consult those first, and if you still REALLY cannot understand, you should ask questions here. They are volunteering but it's insane and impolite asking every single question that comes into your head.
>>579 Actually, there is a thread called, "Hey native speakers! Come and help us!" The thead IS the one to be used for asking native English speakers grammartical questions.
umm....I don't know why you force the person to do this and that on the small issue like that... if the person wants to consult his question there, he would go. but you are not at the position to order others what to do...
as I said before, there is no admini on this board, so we are all free to say anything here, aren't we?
uh...I'm so sleepy... I want nothing else but I want to sleep. I haven't been sleeping for two whole days. it takes too long until I fall in sleep. but other people around me all sleep without any difficulties...I envy them...
>>576 thank you. If you feel stressed and obligated, you don't have to answer. >conditional tense (not subjunctive) I noticed I had confused subjunctive mood with conditional tense. Word by word translation of 仮定法 is subjunctive mood, but in japnese 仮定 include the meaning of condition条件. So I was confused.
I understand "I can't imagine why he went on a building site." is rather right. But "I can't imagine why he would have gone on a building site." has its nuance.right? like I wish he would not had gone.
>>578 Thank you for the advice. I'll consider. As for Dhc, I'll politely pass.. I have been buying NHK text book per month. It is costly for me..
>>582 Why I'm telling >>574 that is that I was so annoyed seeing him STALKING イギリス人 with insanely meticulous grammartical questions. He kept on askng イギリス人 questions and never let him go. I don't think it's a nice thing to do.
Are you jealous of me? cos I am a real fag and on good terms with him.
I agree with you that nativespeakers here are too kind and reserved.
Matsuazaka is obviously ugly, at least not hansome.
they never say matsuazaka or nakamura are ugly, tring not to be nice to japanese. I'm not sure about that though. They may have their own standard of appearance about japanese.
If you feel offended, please express honest sentiments. I won't keep stalking even when i know they are offended.
Hikida Tenkou injured heavily few days ago. she is a really great magician. Too bad she made a mistake for this time..I remember she likes to manipulate media's gossip in a charming way. Always there is a rumor that she's going to get married to one hollywood star or something, but actually she does nothing. just traing the illusion and goes to bed early. having healthy life. I guess. seems like she has no bf...or does she have one?
>>593 yeah, haha, I remember at one point that the media was reporting Jean-Claude van Damme as her bf, but it probably wasn't true either. >actually she does nothing. just traing the illusion and goes to bed early. having healthy life. ...I completely agree with you. She must be as fit as olympic gymnatists. But she is getting old unfortunately, so it may start to become difficult for her to keep up the same quality of illusion........I don't know, I'm just mumbling, sorry. I hope she'll get better. I saw her gasping when she was receiving an interview, and it was painful to watch.
>>595 yeah, younger is bettter? I'm not sure about that. In illusionist world, it requires a lot of experience and practice, so in terms of that Hikida should be better than younger illusionist.. lol because she's been illusionist for quite a long time. But I don't know what type of illusion she actually performs. Hope to get well soon.
I think her magic is far below David Copperfield one. kid stuff. I can see her hung from the wire. David flies like swimming in the air. She took advantage of asian mysterious image well. Mr.maric is really talented magician. But His face is not suted for magic with white girl dancers.
Sero looks like suzuki aguri.... they both have french blood. Girls would prefer sero's face. I read on weelky magazine that sero's magic was fake with さくら( i don't know appropriate word) and computer graphics.
Sero is american. His pakistan face would be disadvantage in american showbiz.
>>588 I don't think Matsuzaka and Nakamura Shunsuke are ugly at all... I don'T think native English speakers here are saying lies just to pretend as good people, being nice to us and praising Japanese athletes or players. Actually, when I was very young, I often thought about human's ugliness or beauty a lot but after age 20, our view would change a lot. our face is not just the looks, the skin that covers our bones, but whole things that the person has inside. the intelligence, personality talents etc... it shows.
>>600 disadvantage? really? I've never known about that...wow~ so sero's performance is not only an illusion but also with some sakura joint performance? geez...I should never believe him then... haha...just kidding...
>>588 Maybe I'm not just being polite. Maybe I have a different opinion than you about who is ugly and who isn't. And I have to agree with >>601 that as you get older, you can less about the surface appearance and more about the whole person.
>>607 Prince Charles' father, Prince Philip, is of a different bloodline. Originally, he was a prince of Greece and Denmark, born on the Greek island of Corfu. However, the Greek monarchy was forced to abdicate shortly after his birth and they were banished.
However, his great-great-grandparents were Prince Albert and Queen Victoria, and so was the Queen's. It's possibly due to a certain amount of inbreeding that these mutations have a higher chance of happening.
>>588 We have a phrase here which goes: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder", which basically means that it doesn't matter what someone looks like, because taste and perception is so different between people. What one person might find grotesque, another may find beautiful.
>>576 On livestock issues, we had an incident in my town a few days back where two cows got loose from the cattle market. One was picked up later that day, but the other was only found yesterday, after four days of hiding. You know just how exciting my town is when this is a headline: ttp://img502.imageshack.us/img502/7428/ohnoesqd3.jpg
>>574, >>575, etc. I could spend a short time making some sort of question submission system on some spare space on my server. That way, questions could be asked freely and maybe archived so they're not lost once a discussion thread goes past 1000 replies.
>>606 I'm not good enough to read the Japanese text, but I understand that Warren Lichtenstein is in finance. In the US, he has made a number of hostile takeovers, and has been referred to as an "attack dog" in the American business press. If he is arrogant, that is no surprise--many people in that line of work are (in America).
>>609 I want to come visit Upper Middling Marsh or East Puddleton or wherever that wonderful photo came from! It looks like my kind of town...
All these English grammar questions made me go out and buy a replacement copy of my "Strunk and White", which I lost years ago. It is an entertaining grammar text, if you can imagine that.
these mutations have a higher chance of happening.
I didn't know Charles was a mutant. LOL Yes our imperial family also had a history of inbreeding. So Some people want to attribute our imperial family's agliness and rumour of dumb taisyo tennno to inbreeding. Aikosama's mother and grandmother is beautiful, especially grand mother. But Aikosama and his father are like two pees in a pod. Crown prince's brother looks better. He is relatively tall and long legged. soso face.
I think Charles was not match for Diana and Charles love of Mature woman is unthinkable. I think I'm not the only japanese who think so.
But looking carefully to Diana's face, She is very close to the image of 毛唐(slung for the whites). nose of witch and big frightening eyes. Old Japanese who hardly met white people paralleled white people to oni(ogre in japan).
Opps sorry the I just realized some words are missing.
In Japan it's the same thing. There is a rumour that Sa-ya, Norinomiya, the third child of imperial family, now Kuroda Sayako's mother is not Empress Michiko ○
In Japan it's the same thing. There is a rumor that the imperial family's mother is not the Empress Michiko? ×
err...so you mean Akishinonomiya's dad is not the emperor? then who the mother would be? I can never imagine that Emperess Michiko is that kind of person!!!
My friend accidentally (or by luck) slept with one vietnamese exchange student in Japan. She was virgin. Do you know how strong they defend their chastity in Vietnam? So once you break Vietnamese girl's virgin, there would be only two choices; either to be jailed or to get married. So her family members warned him to be jailed. So he chose to get married to her. But it didn't work out and he came back to Japan recently with 0 money. They've taken all his money and built a house.
>>634>>632 I mean when the vietnamese girl was fucked by a foreigner, the foreigner is caught by police. Before he depart to Vietnam, he was saying to all the friends that Japan is not an ideal country for him, the future country shuold be Vietnam. But as he lived there for a few months, he found nothing interesting there but a lot of restriction from her parents. So he couldn't stand and came back.
>>638 Monday, I could wait 'till Tuesday, if I make up my mind, Wednesday would be fine, Thursday's on my mind, friday'd give me time, Saturday could wait, But Sunday'd be too late.....♪
>>640 First it was hammerhead sharks and rays (my girlfriends?? What? >>611?), and now it's a category 5 typhoon. Is Kyushu always this unlucky? Next it'll be a giant dinosaur with radioactive breath...
Okinawa is always the unlucky island when it comes to typhoon, but this year, Kyushu has been heavily hit by two consecutive typhoons. Typhoon #4 is said to be the strongest for a typhoon landed on Japan in July, and #5 could also be the strongest for August. The weathermen say that this could be at least partially due to the global warming, becaue the higher the temperature of the sea-surface, the stronger the typhoon gets. But I'm no expert, so don't trust my post much.
>>642 So far, our hurricane season has been quiet, but it's usually at its worst in the fall (September & October).
That Mississippi River bridge collapse happened way up in Minneappolis. It was unbelievable; the bridge suddenly collapsed during rush hour. At least 50 cars fell into the river or onto the banks. Horrible. The repair work was minor stuff (repairing the surface, replacing guard rails etc.)
>>623 I think that >>621 (>>619) was saying that Empress Michiko is not the mother of Akishinonomiya (Kuroda Sayako). Meaning that there is another woman.
Typhoons usually come close to Japan archipelago from the end of summer to autumn, but this year, this is the second time a typhoon hit Japan. Very unusual. Maybe this is one of the effect of global warming. Something is wrong with climate and weather.
My penis doesn't erect these days but I know that's not because of global warming. It's just my age.
When typhoon season comes, idiot surfers always try to take advantage of typhoon and get in a rough sea. They most likely end up in being rescued by life guards or the police.
what if let them what they like and leave them alone? considerate manner.
Don't be fooled, guys. This whole "typhoon" thing is just another government propaganda to make us feel under seige. The election results on Sunday made them really mad and panicked. They'll do absolutely anything to destract us from our pension schemes and make us feel vulnerable. It's just like how the new Prime Minister of Britain staged that mock terror act in London and at Glasgow Airport. And when he realised that, that wasn't enough, he flooded the towns of Oxfordshire when the leader of the opposition was planning his trip to Africa. His numbers have sky rocketed, since. It's all staged guys, it's all staged. Koizumi privatized the post service, but in a secret agreement with the corrupt dinosaur politicians, he had to nationalize the natural disaster sector. In Japan, earthquakes and typhoons are now under 100% government control. That huge earthquake in Niigata, just before the election? No coincidence, man, no coincidence at all. We must not be fooled by the rich and powerful anymore. reference: "State of Fear" Michael Crichton HarperCollins 2004
>>646 How many times do I have to tell you? Fake Viagras are fake Viagras. I assume you're taking them just because they're a little bit cheaper than the real ones. But, a real man, a muscular and virile man like myself, would never ever allow himself to be unfaithful to the real shining-blue Viagra. You should be ashamed of yourself. And no more age excuses anymore, too. And, you know what typhoon night means! Yes, blackouts! Yes, naughty wives! GOOD LUCK.
oh yesss....I am only looking forward to having the dazzling day with you! when will it be? until you stick your hard one into my wet pussy and make me cum I will be sleeping all day...
physical things is almost everything take more time for me to do the foreplay plzzz so that you will be able to eat much sweeter strawberry cheese cake later. don't spoil your cake plzzz
Viagra is a forbidden and illegal substance in the PRC. Us cats do not need viagra at all; we prefer using catnip. It makes us frisky and happy, unlike viagra, so we can dance for hours and hours without becoming tired. However, you must make sure that nobody slips some catnip into your waterbowl or Nyanko-meshi, or else you might become disputive to the peace.
>>648 You seeme to be aum spreme truth オウム真理教 too. LOL
In fact, there is a rumour that the earthquake and tsunami of south east asia couple of years ago was actually caused by the US. It's true that the US invented earthquake machine during world war2 and succeeded in causing earthquike.
>>663 Yes, you're right. I'm actually the Hugh Grant of Yokohama City. I never even realized that "realise" was a British spelling. Thanks for Americanisi, oops, Americanizing me.
>>673 No, not that Hugh Grant. The Hugh Grant I am, is the Four Weddings, Notting Hill, and the Love Actually Hugh Grant. The nice and always hesitating Hugh Grant. But I would have to concede that I too am a bit of a commitment-phobe like he is.
>>680 Uhm, I'm the commitment-phobe guy. The gentleman refering to the strawberry stuff is a different bloke. I'm Japanese, but I have lived in the States when I was a kid. I'm actually not that rich in vocabulary. I'm even writing this with the help of my e-dictionary. The word commitment-phobe comes along with Hugh Grant very frequently. In interviews, film reviews, gossip news, and so on. If you google the two words, "commitment-phobe" and "Hugh Grant" together, you'll know exactly what I mean.
The US of east coast? I suppose English in New Englnad is simillar to british english(strange way of putting, forgive me) Looking up the word bloke up in the internet dicionary, it says bloke is 英話(british).
What program can I use to have text boards like this auto-refresh? I know there is a program called "Jane Doe Style", but it doesn't work on the english version of windows. It would be nice to not hit the refresh button all the time...
Has he ever been selected as a candidate for James Bond?
Sean Connery looks like Khomeini, iranian ayatollah. I don't know why he is admired so enthusiastically in the UK as well as in the US. If Sean Connery is the sexiest man of the world, Khomeini have to be loved by british and americans as far as apperance is concerned.
Must admit that I think Hugh Grant is overrated too, but we haven't really heard much about him since the... incident. In fact, it's quite rare that I actually enjoy British movies, especially newer ones.
Was also going to say I do enjoy cake, especially cheesecake, and that strawberry cheesecake was delicious. Had no idea it was slang, so that sounds terrible now, thanks to >>671.
>>684 Sean Connery's looks are mostly associated with the James Bond movies, rather than how he looked in roles from Highlander and onwards. This is how a lot of people remember Sean Connery the most (that sounds a bit like he's already dead... oops): ttp://www.facade.com/celebrity/photo/Sean_Connery.jpg
>>652 Beware! There is always an ambushing Australian on this thread and he can shoot you or drag you into a crocodile farm when you least expect it, LOL
>>687 Have you seen 'Alfie' by Jude Law? I thought that was very good, but I didn't see the original one by Michael Caine and Shelly Winters, and usually the original is better than the re-make, so maybe that is also the case for this one, too.....I don't know. Have you seen either of them?
I was awake all night... ahhh...I want to sleep so much but I can't... how pitiful! today I'm gonna sing a lullaby for myself to let myself sleep...do you think I can?
yesss one thing I want try is to lay down and applie all the strawberry cheese cake all over my naked body and you'd lick it with your long sexy tongue I would cum very fast if you'd lick my special part throughly....
>>690 Alfie's something I was curious about seeing, but haven't actually seen it yet. As for the original, I had no idea this one was actually a remake! So I guess that sort of answers your question... you'd recommend the latest one though?
Why do british gals love to put devil's horn on their head, tring to make them look cute and sexy on occasion like concerts or pornographies. yes, it matches with them very well and make them look cute though. I don't reccomend japanese gals to do it. cos It won't work on them.
Japanese gals love to wave penlight or utiwa(fan) in idol concerts. LOL
>>694 Yeah, I'd recommend that movie. I think the plot is well thought out, Jude is perfectly fit into that role and most of all, the unexpected twist towards the end is very intriguing. Oh, the last conversaiton Jude has with Susan Sarandon is also totally unexpected and good!!
>>697 It's about a womanizer played by Jude Law who goes out with different girls evey day, gets layed and enjoys his life. But small but unexpected things have started happening to him, and one day, a big moment comes, which must have been the last thing he's wanted to face, and.......... Well, those twists are the charms of this movie, so I don't want to ruin it by telling everything here.
>>695 I have no idea why either, but am familiar with them doing it. At least in my youth, teenage girls here had a fixation with phrases such as "horny devil" and so on, so one of them probably came from the other. Many girls here are quite promiscuous. I'd say the penlight thing is a lot cuter, personally!
>>696 I'll definitely check it out then, even if it means downloading it. Thanks for the recommendation!
Yeah, I live in a city surrounded by the sea, so our climate has a high humidity, too. And it's really annoying - no matter if there is cool or heat, humidity makes both of them unbearable.
Anyways, today we've got a beautiful sunny day, perfect for a beach day
>>662 It figures that PRC forbids Viagra, considering the massive mating season that comes every year for cats! As a chairman, do you know why cats become so loud during that season but dogs don't?
>>714 That's true for the South. Not everyone has it up North, because we have less hot & humid weather. It is more common in new houses. It is expensive to install in an older house. So we decided against it. Is it common in Japan?
My slave is on her quarterly vacation now, somewhere out in the Caribbean Islands, so I had to do the dirty stuff all by myself today. I cooked ramen noodles with beansprouts and wakame, and it was absolutely disgusting. I'm telling you, Noble People should be prohibited from cooking. Then I drank Nescafe Extra coffee, the one explicitly for slave owners, you know. Hot coffee, of course, because I didn't know where the ice cubes were shelved. And that made me sweat like the Niagara Fall(Japanese expression). Very unpleasant. The next disasters were the laundry and the dishes, but I had no choice but to give it all up, half way through the things. The house is now in a huge bubbly mess, but at least it smells clean, an that makes me happy anyway. But when my slave comes back next next Monday, I promise you that I'll whip the shit out of her filthy ass, for causing this chaotic situation, and give her a substantial raise.
>>716 We cannot treat our womenfolk like that in the PRC. They are valued in our society for their ability to raise kittens into productive members of society and to hunt alongside our men for small birds and rats. If not for females of the PRC, our Nyanko-meshi would taste disgusting (if we had it at all - us males are very lazy, after all).
Also they become very violent towards us males in mating season, so sometimes we live in fear.
>>715 I think in Japan centralized air conditioning is more common especially in new and expensive apartments. Regular apartments and hoses usually have an air conditioner per room, so when extremely hot or cold weather is forecast, they start to sell very well.
>>717 Nonononono. This is supposed to be an honourable lady, a Madame, speaking. >>718 Yeah, but she's my slave, not my handsome butler. >>719 You should be proud of you're civilized Republic, Mr Chairman. But, ohhhh, violent lady-cats in maiting season. Sounds very naughty.
>>719 I have noticed that female cats get angry more easily than the males do. Our cat, Princess, does not put up with any nonsense, just as a princess should. Maybe she's unhappy with the lack of nyanko-meshi here. (Anyways, what is nyanko-meshi?)
"aishite kurete arigatou" (Thanks for loving me). also she said "otouto no youna ookina aijou ni natte, seiri dekitara mata anatano jinsei wo mimamotte ikitai". (when I would be able to see you as my younger bro or a child, and be able to organize myself, I would very much like to come back to you and watch over your life). this message tells me that she still loves me very much that's why she needs to take a distance from me. do you think so?
Generaly, if someone brings up a brother or a sister metaphor, you're probably finished. She should've said NO straight to your face, rather than fool around with ambiguous statements like these. Don't be fooled. Go on to your next love.
>>728 I totally agree with >>729. This is her round-about way of rejecting you. She might deal with you in a philanthropic way, but you will never become her one-and-only no matter how long you wait. "aishite kurete arigatou" (Thanks for loving me), sounds like "thank you, but no thank you."
>>728>>729 I think the message implies that she is older than the poster. so she feels guilty and to continue the relationship would mean to ruin his life, so that she wants to withdraw, or maybe she doesn't want to but when there is no future, it only ruins both parties.
She brings up brother's issue just to improve her emotion to the upper stage. Because she doesn't want to terminate the relationship completely, she thought being his older sis is the best solution. That's what I think.
>>728 "otoutono youna ookina aijou ni natte" means when my emotion would go upgraded and able to see you as my bro... That's why I think she loves you as a lover but prohibit. but just take it easy. take her as your sefure(sex friend). one day when you would meet her again and still you have a feeling, try to sex with her. situation may change.
how many people that understand eachother very deep can you meet in your 80 yrs length of life? if she would be one of those few people, she should be precious. you should be precious for her too. it's lucky you met eachother. appreciate this relationship and don't abandon it. but if you need to take a distance from her, it's better you take a distance and go on the next love. she'll be one of your precious people in your life even she wouldn't be your wife.
Do you guys know Rascal Flatts' "bless the broken road?" It was nominated to 2006's Grammy and I love the song. It's so sweet. Now I almost memorised its rylics and I think I can sing to its karoke.
>>732 it must be a good idea. i was too phychological until now so I need to be more physical towards her...well if I'd ever have a chance to meet her again...
> when there is no future, it only ruins both parties.
I don't agree with this part. coz how many percent of people in this world are staying together with the one who is supposed to get married later at this moment? Most of the times. the relationship lasts few months to few years. so even whatever the negative conditions we have, we can still be lovers. the reason why we ruin eachother is soemthing else. I like to hurt her and she likes to hurt me too. we should grow, and not to hurt eachother.
>>730 "aishitekurete arigatou" means just thank you. I don't take the words negative way, sorry.
>>729 brother metapher...hmmm....I've never thought about that... thanks
>>737 I think she sees you as too immature for her, and that's why she used the word "otouto". During the time that you are apart, you become will become more grown up. And when you meet again, she might see you in a different way.
But don't reject the possibility of a new love. It's better if the person you love loves you for the way you are, and isn't asking you to change.
If you make moves on her (like >>732 suggests) be careful. If she doesn't want that, it could be really awkward and ruin any future relationship between you. Go slowly.
fuck! son of a bitch!! I'm hot shot fucker! My dick has 1000 Congerorm. It fights every day so that it may commit genocide of my. Do you envy it? I like man. You must make friends with me, too. OH!yeah! fuck me!!
Sorry,I don't know about the 4ch thing. 4ch is a board of fag?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4chan#Hal_Turner 4ch and white supremacist Hal Turner. These two words are not related each other to me... Many Jpanaese don't know about Hal and this incident too. What happened?
Do you know Johnny 's ジャニーズ agency? Johnny Kitagawa is a japanese american and he is a real fag!!! He features relatively european looking boys and have made a great success. some of them are partially white, like akiyama jun.
Japanese johnny's boys look completely japanese to you europeans though. LOL
Yes the most of Johnny's fans are girls or women. hahaha.
Japanese homosexuals have as many tastes of boys as you have. Some of them like Johnny's type ジャニーズ系(ジャニーズ系 is well known word),Adonis type. Some of them like ガチムチ系 like judo fighter inoue kosei. some of them even go so far as to love ポッチャリ系 plump type like great gidayou( グレート 義太夫)
>>752 It all started when some Goons on Something Awful discovered 2chan and 2ch. Then, moot, some fag on ADTRW, decided that he wanted to run a board like 2chan because he was a huge weeaboo.
http://image.space.rakuten.co.jp/lg01/46/0000012446/37/imgc21fb34as7iv3g.jpeg How about them? peron on the right is half german american. He can't speak English at all! They are from Burning Production, which is another giant talent agency. They are threatening Johnny's status and Johnny let him do because they are so powerful each other.
>they are so powerful each other. 'they' mean Johhny's agency and Burning agency. It was always the case that people who quit Johhny's agency went to Burning agency for help. Burnig agency is so powerful that even johhny can't execute power. People who don't get protection from big agencies would disapper from showbiz.
sorry I did want to say syunsuke nakamura 中村俊輔 is real 本物のsyunsuke nakamura in terms of soccer. I know differnce between real and true is hard to understand for japanese. if any mistake, please advise me.
>>786 Actually, I don't have a bit of Japanese in me. I just happen to have a little knowledge about Japan (gleaned from the Internets and other sources) and the Japanese language (5 years of self-study). Other than that, I'm just your average white guy.
Oh, did I mention that it helps to be a bit of a geek? :D
>>793 Oh, I definitely watch anime. I wouldn't necessarily brand myself an アニヲタ, but I'm definitely a nerd who just happens to like anime. I'm also into SF and other stuff like that.
I met one Shanghainese girl on net. I added her on msn. She's cute and interesting. I wanna talk to her again. Her English was really good. is it normal for all the ordinary Chinese speak English well nowadays?
If you like, enter your name in the box at the top and click. This also works for alphabetical names. FYI, if you get 銭, that means money, 貧 means poor, 淫 means sensual, 島 means island, etc. etc. This also works for alphabetical names.
>>799 Hmm... I tried my real name and got 銭 to the left, quite a lot of 遊 in the middle, and 淫 to the right. I guess these generator things can be okay for killing a bit of time once in a while.
804 :Mr. Likes To Age Threads:2007/08/05(日) 20:32:01
( ̄へ ̄) Hello. I am "Mr. Likes To Age Threads". I do believe this is a thread in need of Age, so I would like to Age it. That is why my name is "Mr. Likes To Age Threads".
>>804, >>806 In the PRC, we are unable to age threads, as our paws do not fit on normal keyboards. In fact, we don't even use the same language as humans or the same system of writing. Human speech is much too limiting for our advanced methods of speaking.
In fact, we do not really want to age threads, as that makes the balls of wool break apart quicker. If this happens, we become angry. If this makes the female cats angry, it is even worse for us males. This is why we do not age threads.
>>808 I suppose humans are a little smarter than I had thought. The only thing that really matters to us cats while we are awake is playing. We even play with our food before it is dead.
>>809 Mr. Chairman Meow, when you were a kitten, did you help your mom winding yarn into a ball of wool by spreading your front legs to hold a skein of yarn until the legs get really tired? And did you stwitch to your behind legs when the front ones become too tired? (FYI, legs are never used for that purpose by humans, as you could probably imagine).
>>816 lol not a prostitute but just a ordinary house wives or students... ater some chattings and we get along well, we can meet somewhere, and after some consent we go to love hotel that's what i've heard from my friend
personally I like American born Japanese in LA. I have one beautiful girl over there...but since she's so far away, I'll get another one nearby my house. I'll report you when I find a good chick from deai kei!
>>821 well...hehe I guess I am...and I make girls laugh a lot so I don't worry abuot that...hehe I was talking about which forum should I go to be a member ....any suggestion?
no... I went to one deai kei and registered... how boring... there are only some message boards and if I find somebody good, I should contact her in person. seems no fun...maybe there would be some more fun places around. I'll try to dig this area more...hehe
>>826 why do you miss her? she's a uni student now. I saw her pic once. She was very pretty. she got more adult atmosphere than what I thought she would be.
>>830 Yes I saw her pix on the 顔面を評価するthread one day long time ago. I was really lucky to encounter the opportunity. she called herself "school girl" so I guess that was her...
>>812 I knew a few from around Shanghai and some from Taiwan, but ended up deleting them too because sometimes the conversation became a little disturbing. Maybe they just wanted to find a foreigner so they could escape from the government.
kekeke I FOUND a sexy married woman yeeeeaaaaHHH!! spasibohhhh!!! life is fun! so tomorrow will be the day?!?! khuuuuuyaaaaahhh!!! finally I will lose my virgin! just kidding. I'm not a virgin! hehehe
>>810 When I was a kitten, my mother told me stories about winding yarn. This was during the time before the PRC was the PRC, when it was an Imperialist country. The richer, 'noble' kittens could play with yarn all they wanted, while us street kittens had to make do with filthy birds. I'll draw a picture to show how my mother told me yarn was wound up: ttp://img367.imageshack.us/img367/4854/rollcatzi8.jpg
These days, however, all cats have given as much opportunity as possible (according to the doctrine I, esteemed leader of the PRC, wrote up many years ago after driving away Nya~n Kai-shek) and so yarn is mass produced in factories. This gives more cats the means to work to look after their litters, and to allow more cats to play safer and more fun games.
I am lazy. I do want to read mein kampf. But my laziness and intelligence keep me away from the masterpiece of more than sevral hundreds pages!!
thanks for the information! I'll read kusomiso. http://uraden.hp.infoseek.co.jp/kusomiso.html But I have to dedicate my respects to Hitler. I'll read kusomiso over and over again!!!! I'll take one or two hours for one page of kusomiso.
Do you know oshii mamoru? You should watch his prodution over and over again. next time you'll know what you didn't know in the first time.
In japan there is a proberb クソとミソとを一緒にするな. direct translation is don't mix up shit and miso. English version is don't mix up the good and the bad. I got trolled by scotish aryan... He did want to say miso is meinkampf and kuso is kusomisotechnique.
hahaha.You are one of genius.
Don't be discouraged. I assume Hitler didn't mention one word about Scotland. His interest was centered on England and anglo saxon.. Hitler would now recognize you. cheer up!
Joseph? goeb...? sorry... Joseph Stalin.. Masumi Okada was the reincarnation of him. Oshii Mamoru was the reincarnation of Kurt Cobain. He looks exceedingly older and mature though.
He allgedly said that Oasis was the B'z in the UK. That is his insult to Oasis. http://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=ZkddI6fIizc But hearing his song,He seems to try to imitate oasis voice and melody. raspy drawn voice... Don't you think so?
Japan is not enough for Oshio. He wants to be acknowledged in america.
Even if so, there is a possibity that Oshio asked native spekaers for corrections. Oshio said that English words would pop up from him naturally rather than japanese and made english based lyrics...
Is Drinking a wine not included in drinking (alcohol)? Do "I don't drink" mean "I don't drink a wine regularly"? I assume drinking a wine is a common practice in Europe.
>>864 Hmm... personally, I'd include wine in drinking. Two of my aunts often get very drunk on wine. You're right though, drinking wine is quite a common practice in Europe, though even more common in Mediterranean countries.
nondrinkers are regarded as being unsociable and boring men in japan. Sometimes they are made to drink to keep harmony with others. japanese is the most vunlnerable people to alcohol though.
Some japanese have gene that makes them unable to drink. I heard white europeans don't have that gene.
>>866 When you say that it makes them unable to drink, do you mean that they have no tolerance? I can't speak for Europeans, but some caucasians have that problem, including me. Also, people with diabetes aren't really able to drink alcohol.
>>866 I also know some white Europeans who have no tolerance, and they say the darker the color of drink, the worse. i.e., they may be able to take some white wine alright, but not red wine.
you never know. she might stil be in a chaste love with miyavi. that's only in your imagination, you never know the real. you never know her real thoughts. but anywayz she's probably being out going than before, I hope. lolz~~
Weeeeeee!!!! today is the day! I'm gonna meet a beautiful woman and go to a love hotel after that! but how to ask her? she looks chic and modest...not like a whore. I can ask her "do you want to fuckwith me?" liket this?
hehe whatever...I'd rather die as 腹上死(die in the saddle) on a beautiful woman's belly..ahhhh....her white and moist skin! her face is innocent and mature....ahhhh...you envy me..LOL
I bet her underwear is white with a lot of lace edging. her smile is so relaxing and melt my heart... ahhh I'm erecting again! I have to save it for her!!!
I saw her pic more than 20. confirmed that she's damn sexy!! even lower than the pic, I don't mind. she's pretty anyway! she got a damn good body too man! opps I don't have time to chat with you guys, I take a shower and run to the meeting place! she said she should go back home before 6pm. so until then I'll be stayin with her! hehehe ahhhh....damn!! sexy woman!!!
I love my computer You make me feel all right Every waking hour and every lonely night
I love my computer For all you give to me Predictable errors and no identity
It's never been quite so easy I've never been quite so happy All I need to do is click on you And we'll be joined in the most soulless way And we'll never ruin each other's day 'Cause when I'm through I just click And you just go away
>>905 I see. I checked that song and some of their other songs on Youtube. Very intriguing band! They sound as a punk band, but I think their songs have good melodies, too. And the strong messages through their lyrics...... I wonder if they ever been compared with U2 for their social messages.
Anyway, can you understand what they are singing if you listen to their songs a couple of times? (or even for the first time?) Being a non-native english speaker, a lot of times it is very difficult to figure out what they are saying with the loud background sound, but some of the youtube videos had subtitles, so they helped me a lot.
>>906 Most of the time, factoring in things like background noise and such, I can make out most of the lyrics the first time. If it's just an mp3 or something, then I can understand it perfectly.
Of course, it also depends on the band. Even though I'm a native speaker, I still can't understand Nirvana because Kurt Cobain liked to mumble rather than sing. However, usually, I can make out what most bands are saying.
>>911 As a cat, I do not understand the concept of 淫. As for 飯, no amount of food will ever make me stop wanting any. However, I must eat less so the other cats are able to eat more. I hope to be a popular leader.
btw my cat is pretty popular...he does share his food with strays he intives into the house. yeah, showin' generocity is a key to become a leader... who does he think buys all the cat food anyway!? friggin' free rider..
>>912 Eating less will actually bring a win-win situation to you and your kingdom. 'cause considering your age, if you eat to your heart's content, you'll definitely have metablic syndrome, and your belly will always be touching the scorching-hot asphalt as you go on a stumping tour.
>>913 You should show more respect to your master! It's up to him whether he invites his friends in. You should feel lucky that he counts you worthy enough, as a human, to trust with the choice of cat food. Maybe he will appreciate you more if you make him some Nyanko-meshi.
>>914 You're right, I have been gaining some weight over the years. Guiding the glorious PRC is a little stressful, and that affects my metabolism. Here is a poster from the Minsitry of Enlightenment, showing my compassion towards the human servants. You can see I am quite heavy, and why it can be hard for me to use human keyboards: ttp://img385.imageshack.us/img385/3547/chairmanmeowif2.jpg
as a filthy stray cat myself, Chairman Meow, I've been hovering about every corners of this hot and humid city these days (more than 32 degree everyday) and as I find myself nearly verge to a close to my life, I fortunately found a food thanks to one of the generous human near my house, however, as I learned there is a cat world with a generous leader like you, sir. I would like to visit your kingdom someday. deo gracias
>>916 I can understand your troubles. Back when I was a kitten I, too, was a stray like you. There were so many of us under the Imperialist rule, but when we went on the Long Nap and drove Nya~n Kai-shek out, the country became a better place for all cats.
It is good that one human knows his duty to felines, but it hurts me to know that if this human was gone, you might die. You are very welcome to the PRC, and will be given a cat-house. Thee are many opportunities for work and to make friends. I promise you that your life will improve. Deo cattus, frater mei.
*opps I don't belong to neither any societies nor houses, I am proud of being as a stray cat. Sorry although I mentioned "near my house", it actually means "near my temporary territory this month".
>>918 Being a stray cat may be OK for summer .....but won't you feel better if you have a decent roof and fireplace where you can feel warm and safe in winter?
Thank you for your generous invitation, Chairman Meow. I am honored and a bit awkward to speak TAMEGUCHI (casual talk) with such a noble cat in a high rank like you. As I said, I am a mongrel calico cat without any family, I have gone through so many hardship in my life. but as I look back, I can't remember any bad memories in the past. only good memories are with my heart *sob* but I also don't remember what is the Long Nap and who is Nya~n Kai-shek.
Please forgive my ignorance. I was too busy with grabbing my food for the daily life so I had no time to look around and be aware of things happening.
Still there are some generous human around me so I don't worry about my food anymore. I myself became more energetic than before thanks to some support from kind humans. I hope to visit your kingdom one day although I am too coward to visit your grorious kingdom...maybe I will visit there in middle of the night when no cats are around. 지켜 주세요
>>919 thank you again for your kindness...anonymous human. Winter should be cold. But I can't remember how cold it was. I have a short memory. I've been having a life that has only day by day importance.
>>922 thank you again for your kindness. as a stray cat for whole my life, (being a pet cat is somehow misery for me), I had encountered so many evil cats and human. so I think I know who is bad and who is good from my diamond (shape) eyes. Thank you again for your kind words.
>>920 Don't worry, I am not so noble. I am just a cat who happens to be good at organising other cats. You should not be ashamed to not remember the Long Nap and the tyrant Nya~n Kai-shek. Only us older, war-scarred cats really remember in detail. The only photographic evidence is of Nya~n Kai-shek's human servant: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/46/Chiang_Kai-shek.jpg
I know of other cats who are self-dependant, such as you, and there is no shame in that either. If you do find yourself in hardship, though, the PRC exists to help such cats, so you will always be a welcome guest.
>>923 well, a beautiful calico that you are, you won't have any problem getting help when you need. There used to be a calico in my neighborhood. she was a stray, but she was really pretty and friendly just enough to charm everyone in the neighborhood so that she'd get her daily supply of food. she'd get knocked up every season, tho... hope you practice safe sex, y'all.
>>928 I wonder if you were talking about sex. I don't need to know about other cat's sex life. I only live with what I need. I, myself don't remember when I had sex last time. I don't know if I need or not but at least I know that I don't need to know other's cat's sex life. Thanks for not telling me about that anymore, sir.
I don't know if he lives in the PRC now but he used to be a very famous Jydo master. His name is Nyanko-sensei and he stands on 2 legs. His specialty is '3 aerial spins followed by a perfect landing,' named 'Nyan-pararin!' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gi1JbSCVfkI Does anyone know his whereabouts?
Excuse me sir, it is not my purpose to stay in one place for too long. Sorry but I will move out this human's thread. Thanks for your generousity, Chairman Meow. I might visit your kingdom next year. you failed again. sayonara~~
>>929 I'm just tellin' ya not to get knocked up, so that there won't be bunch of stray kittens without home or protection (jus' going with the premise). I don't give a rat's arse when the last time you had it off. sheesh. are you mental or sumthin'? you don't even sound like a cat, you rather sound like a pathetic human pretending to be a cat..
>>930 LOL that's old generation's cat. Myabe my mother's friend. I don't know her whereabout though. but nyanko sensei looks cool. I want him for my boy friend.
>>932 haha that's ok. as you can see, I am a stray cat, so it's always free for me to leave or come back. this time, I found myself stayin here too long. but when I see some favorable posts, I might come back. I like to stay this way. thanks for your kindness, sir.
>>930 Hmm... I am unfamiliar with his name, but back when I was a younger cat, one of our military trainers was able to do three aerial spins followed by a perfect landing. He also was orange and black, so I wonder if he and Nyanko-sensei are the same...
>>932 Also when I was younger, I had a thing for calico cats. Their coats were so pretty and smooth. Now, however, sometimes I like to watch them walk by, but watching is all I am able to do - if you get my meaning. Those were the days...
Hmm.... it's so hard to explain sir. But I am very sorry to say that I cannot meet your expectation, sir. there are a lot of ciphers everywhere in our cat world, but I lost my ability to decipher. i.e. using orange green red yellow things are only fun for orange cats but not for me. please live as you like. I might come only when I am free. so including me as your comrade is such an hornable offer but I don't think I have that ability anymore. However I am far from mental or pathetic as somebody pointed out. I am so happy being a stray cat and having a productive life everyday. I will see you one day, sir Chairman Meow. Thanks for your invitation again.
>>936 I can assure that I am not Miss stray cat, and she is not me. All these messages are broadcast from the PRC's Ministry of Enlightenment and are not copied. They are originals. If you are not happy with them, feel free to try and take over the PRC. However, we have billions of citizens and do not take kindly to human intervention.
If you wish for something funny, you are welcome to visit - as a guest - any of the PRC's exclusive comedy clubs. As the Illustrious Leader, I am obviously too busy to attend, but I hear they are entertaining. You can even sample some of our delicious Nyanko-meshi while watching the show.
Yeeeeaaaahhhh!!! ahhhh sex with 30+ woman is a million times better! she was the sexiest... or sexy is not a suitable word for her...she's just too erotic.... I wanna see her again...tomorrow maybe...hehe
>>962 hehe you really wanna know? her profile...she looks like 33 - 38(I didn't ask her coz it is no important for me. she looks young. so it's ok). she said she's a housewife with 2 kids. but her marriage is not going well. she was intelligent, whatever she said was smart but not a snobish type. She is well mixed all sorts of attractions. cute, smart, sexy, all in one...hehe envy me? she was wearing jeans casual style...(I wish she wore skirt) she had a straight long hair about shoulder length. more? she is just beautiful! her smile was really cute. she's not a playful type at all so I asked if she's been dating with young men like me often? she said I am the first one. ahhh...about sex....kiss was so good at first...she even asked me if she can lick my lips....I said of course. hehe and oh yeah she asked me if I often masturbate, I said yes often. she asked me what do you usually imagine while masturbate, I said xxxx and she said ok I will do xxx for you. and she did xxxxx ahhhh kill me.... I am crazy about her...(I go to furin thread and write more coz I started to love seriously....ahhh....what am I gonna do? I wanna meet her again....)
she's not skinny but not fat. her breast was horribly sexy... I mean not very big but the nipples are always stand hard... so I licked them for a long time...and she reacted so much!!! I liked her nipples very much... butt was ahhh....so good. so cute. I joked her your butt make me feel like wanna anal sex...and she goes...O_O? but she said if it's not hurt....she can do it but of course I didnt. her butt is not big. waist...had a curve but I found she's not very slim. she had some scratches...but I found that's cute. I thought her neck and shoulder area was sexy too. she has long legs. her skin was very white. that's the most sexy part. very tempting body....
>>982 Chairman Meow will be very angry about you when he realizes that he is mistaken for Chairman Mew, who is the notorious leader of the enemy kingdom.
