Let's all have fun, you, NEET, foreigners, Otaku, perverts, people who thinks the earth is flat, guys who insist Yukorin's fart smells like a strawberry!!!!!!
>>1000 (from previous topic) We don't really do anything on Martin Luther King day... I'm not black, but I think that black people might do something, although I'm not sure.
I just remembered that today is the day to eat nanakusa-gayu, porridge with seven different vegetables, because we've eaten too much since the end of year through new year, this day has been setup for giving rest to stomach. But I've just realized that I'm running out of rice..... Oh well, I might use rice-cake to substitue.....I wonder that will help.
>>8 Glad you find this thread and thanx for the reply ^-^ On the coming of age day, people who will become 20-years-old this year will get together at a city hall, for example, of their hometown (some of them wearing Kimono) to listen to rather boring preaching of a mayor and after that, they go out and have fun. I reckon you are from the states, is your coming of age also 20 yrs old across America, or is it dependent upon each state?
>>11 In the US, we legally become adults when we turn 18, not 20. It's nationwide. There are some age limits that depend on the state, though. For example, the age for driving, the age of consent for sex, and the age when you can drink.
I live in California, and I think these are the correct ages: 18 for driving (it was recently changed from 16, I think) 18 for sexual consent 21 for drinking
>>12 Of course I understood >>954's conclusion properly, and I was only quoting the example he/she used. Again, the usage you two are in favor of is "informal" and "colloquial," thus only suitable for daily conversation. Obviously I have a different opinion from you guys, but it's OK.
>>14 Wow, do you still have driving classes in high school, or do you have to go to a driving school as we do in Japan?
In Japan, prefectures are not as independent as your states, so nationwide, people become able to smoke and drink at the age of 20, and if I remember correctly, we can get married without parents consent at 18 and with parents consent at 16 (this law might have changed, sorry).
>>16 I'm not sure if there still are driving classes in high school. You still have to do driver's training even if you do take a class, by the way. Anyway, the change is very recent, and only applies to people born after 1990.
>>17 Many people don't abide by it, and I'm sure that even people who do usually have _some_ alcohol before they're 21, even if they don't drink regularly.
By the way, I would like to add that technically you can drink alcohol at any age if it's given to you, because in California (and some other states) it is only illegal to buy or possess alcohol if you are under 21. So it's not illegal to drink alcohol given by someone who is 21 or older. Is it like that in Japan?
>>22 REALLY ~~~@.@~~~!!!!! NO, not at all like that in Japan!!!!! In Japan, even if parents are drinking alcohol at home, it is illegal for the familiy members under 20 to drink it, though in reality, some underaged people do drink a small amount of alcohol at home at new year or for other ceremonial occasions. So you mean in Calif., even if you were a junior high student, you could invite friens to your home, grab beer from fridge and have a beer party? Very surprising but interesting!
23 >>22 Sorry, I missed the "if it's given to you" part. So you need to have someone over 21 who dare to give junior high kids beer so that they can have a beer party, I see.
Well, I looked it up, and I found this... I believe it means that it is legal for a parent or legal guardian to provide their child and people with their child with alcohol as long as they don't get in a car crash from it...
25658.2. (a) A parent or legal guardian who knowingly permits his or her child, or a person in the company of the child, or both, who are under the age of 18 years, to consume an alcoholic beverage or use a controlled substance at the home of the parent or legal guardian is guilty of misdemeanor if all of the following occur: (1) As the result of the consumption of an alcoholic beverage or use of a controlled substance at the home of the parent or legal guardian, the child or other underage person has a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.05 percent or greater, as measured by a chemical test, or is under the influence of a controlled substance. (2) The parent knowingly permits that child or other underage person, after leaving the parent's or legal guardian's home, to drive a vehicle. (3) That child or underage person is found to have caused a traffic collision while driving the vehicle. (b) A person who violates subdivision (a) shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail for a term not to exceed one year, by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by both imprisonment and fine.
>>25 Gee, thanx very much for looking it up. I also searched japanese law and found that it is illegal to drink alcohol if you are under 20, and parents, guardians or supervisors who provided the minors with alcohol or who didn't stop them from drinking will be fined up to 500, 000 yen. But strangely enough, since the law doesn't have any clause for punishiment for the minors who drank or (tried to) purchase alcohol, they will not be punished.
I get the inpression though that in the states, purchasing alcohol is more difficult than that in Japan, because here, we usually don't need to show our IDs to prove you are over 20, but in the states, that is practiced more severely, I think.
He has asked someone's help and advice, like me... Because he is really worried about his job these days. Such as he's thinking of going to quit his job and so on. To tell the truth, I broke up with him about 5 months ago. He's 5 years yonger than me. He graduated from university in Nagoya, and decided to start new job in Osaka last spring. After few months later, he got transferd to Nara. He was really busy from then on. (He is still busy now) He couldn't take a day off,and had to work overtime. So it was so hard to keep relations between him and me at that time. But we still keep in touch by e-mail once in a while.
I wish I could help his matter. But I couldn't advice to him easily... I hope to it turns out well!
I'm sorry for writing my poor English diary. Thank you for reading.
>>45 Of course not. Medical graduates where paid most (HKD$40000+ entry wage) , then law's, and then business's. Engineers in Hong Kong are paid like shit with respect to their work load.
Doctors are also paid like shit with respect to their work load/ They are not white collar workers. The total amount of wages paid to them are surely high, but considering the total working hours..... The money really sucks. There are too many doctors working on Christmas and New Year's Day...
>>50 I wish i knew.. But they say they also have to work more than eight hours a day unlike many other public servants. Wages are low.. They live on their own pride that they are moving our government or something like that.
>>49 You want to practice medicine because you want to earn lots of money, you, greedy would-be doctor. Stop complaining about your working condition if you really want to save patients.
>>50 I dunno about the situation in Japan. But in Hong Kong, white collar public servants are commonly leisure. I served a government dept when I was working in a software house. I could feel how leisure they can work while they were well paid and covered with lots of welfare.
You got to understand the situation in your country, maybe it's a good deal eh.
>>54 Don't worry. I have seen many many people like you who share the same opinion like yours. I guess more than half of all Japanese feel the same way. You are not alone..... Ideas of people like you (I guess you are one of them who is secretly controlled by the mass media) are alrealy moving the country to a different place. Working conditions of doctors, such as obstetricians and pediatricians especially, are getting worse and worse every year, and they are literary "running away" from the hospitals. In some areas of Japanese countryside, you can't even give birth to a child. Who invited this situation? It's you. We are on the verge of protesting against your heartless "treatment" of us doctors.
>>57 I don't know what I can say to comfort you under such situation. But please, keep your heart to cure. Medical service is essential in the society, and you are the one of them.
>>61 Of course you need to put effort on studying English. By the way, try to find some fun ways of learning and practicing English. Say playing games, watching movies, chatting with foreigners, or whatever way you like. I reviewed my Japanese by watching drama. It's still hard for me without having the help of subtitles, but I learned how Japanese speaks.
>>59 I don't mean to become an obsterician or a pediatrician. I don't need such guts. Who wants to be? It's an idiotic choice. I already chose to be a psychiatrist. No one calls me lazy.
>>57 That's because students like you who are bright enough to get high scores on exams but are lack in perseverance become a doctor.
Don't be a hypocrite. Earning lots of money was high on the list when you entered medical school. Now that you face the reality of hectic life as a doctor, you, chickens run away, knowing your escape makes other doctors more hectic.
LOL I thought so. All you have to do is sit in a comfortable chair and pretend to listen to patients. Plus when you start your own clinic in the future, you have to spend almost no money to buy medical equipment. You are a hopeless miser, wily medical student.
Perseverance? Have you ever been a doctor? Chickens? If we are chickens, all working people are chickens. I have a right to be what I want to be, and you have aright to be what you want to be. I don't know what you are, but Once I become a doctor, do I lose the right to choose what I want to be? Think twice.
Calm down people. It's just due to the national health insurance system. If you like to get paid well, get the latest knowledges and techniques and work outside the insurance, or become a plastic surgeon or something. I appreciate my doctors saving my ass with such a few insurance points, which means a little reward, and thus have a great respect for their effort.
>>66 Now that I know you are shrew and greedy, I guess you'll be the type of doctor who perscribe medicine that's not necessarily needed for your patients just to make money flow in your hospital.
>>70 >I think I chose a wrong way. You make me feel cold about you.
I watched some TV programs. I knew how tough it is to keep on-duty for 30 hours. I believed that they insist their work because they have the heart to cure the patients, like the Sister Teresa.
I would wonder how many medical officers would have the mind like Sister Teresa. I hope that's still the majority.
I don't mean to be a hypocrite, nor do I think of making money only. If I want to make money, I have lots of other ways. Being a plastic surgeon is one of them.
But, BTW, sometimes I get the feeling that a plastic surgeon is more appreciated than a common doctor in this country:) i can see clearly why serious and passionate doctors who devote themselves to cure patients are losing confidence and courage LOL
>>26 Thank you for finding that out for me. Anyway, yes, I believe it's true that it's harder to get alcohol if you're underage in the US. I read somewhere that there are even vending machines with alcohol in Japan, and they obviously don't check for ID...
One thing that's interesting is that here in California there are many Filipino nurses who were once doctors in the Philippines, but moved here because they could be payed better as a nurse here than a doctor there. It's too bad that the situation is like that in the Philippines.
my plan is to get a rich wife. is this possible for average student? I study at the one of the best uni, I am handsome(when I am passing some girls look at me and tell to each other "Wow what a handsome boy" or "a real beauty") but nothing more. I am from average middle class family. so what do you think? I am kinda desperate
>>94 Oh, was she French, or was there some other reason they moved to Paris? Anyway, maybe you'll be lucky and marry a rich wife. You have to meet a rich girl first, though... How did your friend?
>>97 she was from ... Mexico. she just had a flat in Paris. so for them its better to live there. I dont really know details, but she was older than he. >>96 life is unfair ;_;
I wonder what happen to male fashion models after they retire?
I think becoming an actor or a musician by utilizing your handsomeness is a good way to get married to a rich girl. Or Becoming a hosto is a quicker and easier way to do it.
>>80 Yeah, we have vending machines with alcohol, so practically, anyone can buy alcohol. In order to try to prevent the minors from buying alcohol, there is a recommendation (and I think that has been implemented) that those machines stop operation between 11:00pm-5:00am. I've heard that there are also vending machines that require an ID issued by a liqur store for purchasing alcohol, but I don't know how widely those machines are available.
>>105 I think the US is much more advanced in terms of smoking than Japan. It has been reported that smoking is banned in most public places even in Hawaii, and I think it's a very courageous decision considering the fact that there are a huge number of Japanese tourists there who crave for nicotine. For being a non-smoker, I've been very grateful that Starbucks don't allow smoking. In Japan, we still have vending machines for cigarettes, and although they stop operation from 11:00pm-5am, anyone can purchase cigarettes during daytime.
>>91 Inviting Filipino nurses is one idea, but I've thinking for quite sometime that Japanese nurses deserve much higher salaries than they are getting now, considering how hard they have to work. I think they should get much more than flight attendants or unskilled freelance announcers.
I tell you what. I used to go out with a rich & pretty girl from upper class, and every guy hated me for that. But she was such a pain in the ass lacking understandings about everyday things. I had to explain why and how ordinary people do certain things on and on. That was more than just exhausting. She knew a lot of about best things money can buy but not too much about things money can't buy.
I don't know about the girl that >>108 went out with, but I do know that George Bush Sr. didn't know about the scanners that cashiers use when you check out at a store.
>>108 Things like why people have to do some work that they don't want to, how people act to each other when they have some difficulty in life, and basically how to understand others' situations and feelings, especially when money is related. But that's not her fault. Simply and maybe luckily, she just didn't have a chance to learn and experience. Other than that, shge was adorable.
To 或る医学生-san What is your view on Kato-chan's health. He already has 6 stents in his body and he went through that serioius operation end of last year.
>>16 This varies from state to state in the US; some states are more strict, some are more lenient. (For that matter, lots of things in the US can vary depending on where you are; the US is not one big homogeneous mass.)
>>118 I read about the news in Yahoo site. His illness seems to be, "dissection of the aorta". And it's classified as a "Stanford A" type, which causes the dissection in the ascending Aorta. (Aorta is the largest vessel in the body that delivers blood to the body from the heart) There are two types in the dissection, Stanford A and B, and Stanford A has a far more risk of bursting than B type. The patient who got Stanford A is said to die within one week if an operation is not performed. Does he have 6 stents? I've never heard of someone who is implanted so many stents. His blood pressure must be very high, (I guess at least 180mmHg or something), and if he wants to live longer, a careful monitoring of blood pressure is needed. His blood vessels must be badly hurt by many years of bad eating habits. If his Aorta bursted, he might die of blood losses. And even if the burst did not happen, his blood vessels all over the body must be weakened by arteriosclerosis, so he would not be long. (it might cause cerebral hemorrage for example)
>>126 Thank you very much for your very elaborate explanation. He actually confessed at the press conference that he has 6 stents already in his body. BTW, do you, and maybe your school mates, have any opinion on the brutal killing of a younger sister by the medical student wannabe cram school student?
I want to know ordinary girls opinion about thier love. can they fall in love with akihabara type nerd just like me rather than handsome musicain or actor?
>>134 Why like a girl who judges you so strongly against your looks? If a girl won't stay to jude someone by their words, then she's not worth falling in love with. Just because you like the look of someone or find something about them attractive does not necessarily mean you love them.
>>137 I don't know, what people find pretty can differ between people. Personally, I would only consider trying to get her to become my girlfriend if she has a personality and character I like, otherwise if she just looks good, I'd just ogle her. After all, if she thinks I'm just another nerd, why would I care?
When I was a high school boy, I confessed my love toward the most pretty girl in my class I don't want to talk about the result. PTSD is nearly getting inside me again.
>>141 But they were probably too weak to do anything about it. Now they're submissive housewives, doing everything their overbearing husbands tell them to do!
That, or the more realistic outcome was that they were part of the mob and laughed at him, or gossiped about him negatively. I don't know, I went to an all-boys high school :(
They admitted my courage, heh? I don't think so. They are spreading the content all over the classmates! They making rumors! They called me kimoi! I hate them! So PTSD can never have been vanish from my mind and brain!!!!!!!!!! They are devils!!!!!!!
>>145 Why don't you make a wonderful girl friend and introduce her at the re-union party? That's a good revenge for the bastards who laughed at your courage.
Post traumatic stress disorders is a correct!!! The most pretty girl dated with the captain of soceer club. He is quite handsome, has straight-A degree. I used to be a single wolf of Shougi-Aikoukai I got the news after confession,
>>150 I don't know about Shogi, but Go is popular outside Japan, and unlike Japan, mostly young people are playing it. You might want to switch to Go to have more chances to meet girls.
>>151 She declined my love quite politely. plus they she told me she didn't have a lover. I think a friend of hers was spreading the news. I confessed her in May, the rest of school time gave me the heaviest something
She is getting beautiful and beatiful, she resembles Miho Ohashi(大橋未歩, a TX announcer)now when I caught a glance at her at the station before. My friend told me yesterday. She married him( the luckiest soccer bastard!) 3 years ago! He graduated master course of Tokyo Industrial Univ(東工大)after then my friend tell she and he are in USA. What do you think about the gap between me and the soccer bastard? I am a freeter now! No more shock!
>>156 Are you trying to blame the soccer guy for you becoming a freeter, or for you not being able to move on from what a bunch of petty little school schildren said about you?
>>158 But what if everyone you meet was just kind to you, and just felt sorry for you? I'm not talking about "tough love", but the last thing you need is for everyone to just leave you as you are. You'll never get over it unless you acknowledge that you aren't going to get this girl, and perhaps weren't ever meant to. Go out and find someone else who makes you happy.
>>156 1st, you never know what people have deep inside them, so even if they look very happy and fortunate from the outside, that may not really be the case. Acually, I know a lot of couples like that. 2nd, I think you should cultivate what you are good at or what you love to do, and try to be "number 1 in that field." University is ONLY, repeat, ONLY one milestone in your life. Being successful at Uni. doesn't mean one is successful in life. If you exert your all out effort for the coming 5 years to excel in what you are good at, I assure you that your landscape will change. Then you'll be surrounded by different types of people, which include very nice women.^-^
>>161 "I don't expect who and what kind of girl can make me comfortable." Well then, you're lucky. You get to have fun trying to find out. What is life without its challenges? It's better to look for a partner with unknown expectations rather than look for one while harbouring an agenda.
"But I can say If the soccer bastard divorced her, I can make her happy." But what if he doesn't? You won't be able to live the rest of your life going after a girl who isn't yours.
>>164 I probably didn't use the right words. What a meant was that you went into a relationship with a preconceived, or already made up set of ideas about what kind of girl you liked.
>168 I meant, no it's not too late at all. Just don't waste your time being obsessed by the thing of the past. You have the right to live your own life, and with hapiness. ガンバッテ!
>>172 Well, you'd better reform! 2ch has too many bad endings! If you need anymore help, just ask. Through all the spam and floodings of text, a ray of hope may shine through.
>>175 I'm looking for something to do on the internet. To me, the internet has become what the ocean must be to a thirsty man in a boat. He's surrounded by water, but none of it is the kind he wants.
Gees, nothing is happening. Monday nights sure are boring. For conversations' sake, what's the worst thing you've ever done in your life? It doesn't matter whether it's illegal, immoral, unethical or all of them, as long as you thought it was pretty bad. Being anonymous is so cool for these kinds of things :) Anyone?
>>182 It's the ocean! It doesn't matter. Besides, you'd still be angry, because now you have no boat. Hence, the moral of the story is that the internet makes me angry.
Alright. Hmmm... I haven't ever done many things considered really bad or immoral. I mean, they're petty stuff when I've heard of some of the other things people have confessed to anonymously. Let's see... When I was 16, I was looking at some porn on the internet. One of the sets of pictures was from an "unidentified Russian photobook". Anyway, it was only after I was done with them that I found out that it all the girls in it were underage. I didn't feel guilty, because they all looked around the same age as me; 15 and 16, and they were hot! lol That really isn't much, cause I was only a teenager, and if a teenager was caught peeping at a girl changing or something, they'd get scoulded, but not charged. Why would the internet be any different? Hrm, let's see, what else... Me and a few friends snuck some vodka in a clear plastic water bottle into school camp once. Someone told a teacher, but he was pretty good, and didn't get us in trouble. He just told everyone that the person should get rid of it before they checked everyone's rooms for banned substances. So we drank it all, lol. I've also broken a few things and gotten away with it, but everyone has done that, even when they were kids, hehe. Some were a bit more serious, though. I hit a kid with a palm frond once. Not much, but, um, don't hit kinds with oversized leaves. They cry. Oh, and last week, I hit a rat with a shovel, twice, and flattened it. That's not immoral, but it was damn hilarious. So yeah, nothing really spectacular. I'm not in Japan, so I couldn't really care who saw this. Anyone else?
When i was 15, me and a bunch of kids went out to get some cigarettes. That was a pretty bad thing to us, so we were all excited. We got a pack and smoked outside, feeling pretty 'bad'. To be honest, it didn't taste that great, so we decided to go home. It was 3 in the morning. We were on the bike and bumped into this cup on a scooter. We should have stayed cool, but I started to jet coz I was the one holding the pack. Of course, the cop started chasing me with the 90cc modified special scooter, but I was so skilled at cornering I managed to keep him behind for 15 min. and finally disappeared out of his sight. Then I realized I left my buddies there. After a while, I went out of the bush I was hiding in, and saw them released by the cup. They didn't talk about the pack of cigarettes. Neither my name or anything. It wasn't that big of a deal, but that's when I found the pleasure of escaping from the authorities. Ever since then, I've never got busted for anything.
>>187 Damn cops. The police are becoming progressively easier to talk yourself out of trouble from. My friend and I talked our way out trouble one night while walking home from a party. He was pretty drunk (and under the drinking age), but it was pretty easy to tell them we had nothing to do with the party. To be honest, we were going to buy more beer. The police were called to the party because people had become so drunk they were throwing garbage bounds at each other and at other people's houses. I love drunken rampages :)
>>188 That's right. Cop. lol Anyway I learned that later on in my life. They are just human like me. Actually they can be really cool if you get to know them in person. A friend of mine has a friend cop and she has him secure her pretty bad neighborhood all the time. But obviously that's because she is a cute girl.
>>190 Indeed. And so am I. Not always, but I find myself getting aggravated just by talking to not-so-cute girls at times. I don't show it but I feel bad about it.
>>191 If you let them get away with bad things, does that not mean that they will become worse people? More ruthless, manipulative, and so on? I enjoy seeing pretty people as much as anyone else, but I do not let them get away with bad things, because I keep reminding myself of what kind of monster that behavior will create, if they are treated like that for a long time.
>>192 That makes sense. I can smell the girls who try to get away with bad things just by acting cute. But that's not cute. If they happen to be cute, I may as well enjoy messing with them for a bit but wouldn't let them take what they want, unless it meets my best interest also. If they are not cute, that's out of question. I might kick her butt.
>>103 LOL. Luckily I didn't met those funky-dressed idiots during my Sapporo tour. And... I met a few girls (likely 14 or something) having big tits on the street.
Now this is a story all about how my Life got flipped turned upside down And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there I'll tell you how I become the prince of a town called Bel-Air
In west Philadelphia born and raised On the playground is where I spent most of my days Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin', all cool And all shootin' some b-ball outside of the school When a couple of guys they were up to no good Started makin' trouble in my neighborhood I got in one little fight and my mom got scared And said, "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air."
I whistled for a cab and when it came near The license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror If anything I could say that this cab was rare But I thought, "Nah, forget it. Yo home to Bel-Air!"
I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 And I yelled to the cabby yo holmes smell ya later Looked at my kingdom I was finally there To sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-Air.
I've been in Paris during my Chrismas holiday, that was awesome. What a huge city. Buildings are great, museums are brilliant. But the Luvre is bit too big, it's gonna kill me.
We're discussing the purity of Yukorin's body, and how impurities are miraculously cleansed within her. We have come to a conclusion about the olfactory value of her flatulence. We are going to send an expedition to observe how the male member is affected when it enters Yukorin's pure body.
Do you know an American company offers embryos? I think that's mad. Money can buy your preferablly mixed fertilized eggs? What would Jesus Christ say if he lived now?
Technology advances so fast that laws can't define what's acceptable as a means to have a baby. Anyway, the American company plays God. It gives me the creeps.
I open my eyes I try to see but I'm blinded by the white light I can't remember how I can't remember why I'm lyin' here tonight
And I can't stand the pain And I can't make it go away No I can't stand the pain
Chorus: How could this happen to me I've made my mistakes Got no where to run The night goes on As I'm fading away I'm sick of this life I just wanna scream How could this happen to me
Everybody's screaming I try to make a sound but no one hears me I'm slipping off the edge I'm hanging by a thread I wanna start this over again
So I try to hold onto a time when nothing mattered And I can't explain what happened And I can't erase the things that I've done No I can't
How could this happen to me I've made my mistakes Got no where to run The night goes on As I'm fading away I'm sick of this life I just wanna scream How could this happen to me
I've made my mistakes Got no where to run The night goes on As I'm fading away I'm sick of this life I just wanna scream How could this happen to me
Do you ever feel like breaking down? Do you ever feel out of place? Like somehow you just don't belong And no one understands you Do you ever wanna run away? Do you lock yourself in your room? With the radio on turned up so loud That no one hears you screaming
No you don't know what it's like When nothing feels all right You don't know what it's like To be like me
To be hurt To feel lost To be left out in the dark To be kicked when you're down To feel like you've been pushed around To be on the edge of breaking down And no one's there to save you No you don't know what it's like Welcome to my life
Do you wanna be somebody else? Are you sick of feeling so left out? Are you desperate to find something more? Before your life is over Are you stuck inside a world you hate? Are you sick of everyone around? With their big fake smiles and stupid lies While deep inside you're bleeding
No you don't know what it's like When nothing feels all right You don't know what it's like To be like me
To be hurt To feel lost To be left out in the dark To be kicked when you're down To feel like you've been pushed around To be on the edge of breaking down And no one's there to save you No you don't know what it's like Welcome to my life
No one ever lied straight to your face And no one ever stabbed you in the back You might think I'm happy but I'm not gonna be okay Everybody always gave you what you wanted You never had to work it was always there You don't know what it's like, what it's like
To be hurt To feel lost To be left out in the dark To be kicked when you're down To feel like you've been pushed around To be on the edge of breaking down And no one's there to save you No you don't know what it's like (what it's like)
To be hurt To feel lost To be left out in the dark To be kicked when you're down To feel like you've been pushed around To be on the edge of breaking down And no one's there to save you No you don't know what it's like Welcome to my life Welcome to my life Welcome to my life

I'm sorry for writing my poor English diary. Thank you for reading.
you will never marry Emma! you are poor ugly neet and she is princess. there is no chance for a person like you! actually you will never get an ordinary women! do you understand that filthy neet? I am not a NEET but a student. I hate you with a passion
First of all I want to tell that I'm a very active woman. I love movement in my life. I simply can't stand staying at the same place for a long. And I do not want to waste really beautiful time of my life in front of TV. I am also really optimistic and I never take things too seriously. I think that life is too short for it and we simply have to live and enjoy our life. I love my life and I'm happy with it. And I simply miss my special person who will show me the beauty of his own world.
What do you guys think of Prince William's girlfriend, Kate Middleton? I think she is pretty and stylish, and also think the paparazzi should leave her alone so that they won't repeat the same tragedy again.
Let me introduce myself.I'm outgoing. I'm alway looking for something to spice my life up. I don't want to stay in a house all day long.Just watching TV,sitting in front of a computer, it's a waste of timeYeah,I'm optimistic.I don't take things too serious. We should spend more time on what we want to do.Life is not as long as we think it is. I can tell you I hadn't been happy before I met a guy.He changed my world. He tought me how beautiful life is.I miss him so much. Thanks for listening to me.
What kind of emotion does she have when Tenkarin's photo are used by over 40aged single man's masturbation and some picture are polluted or bukkake-ed by his sperm
If you were a Prime Minister, what kind of police you will take how to solve the problems of NEETs, Hikikomori, Otaku and Lolicon. They are very nuisance to Japan.
Is it true pigeons explode if you feed them paracetamol? Those stupid birds keep having sex on train station platforms, so I want to teach them some manners. I also heard rice works pretty good.
One girl tell me that she kinda likes me. but I say nothing to her. I am 20 years old virgin. I am searching for pure romantic love! I am searching for a soul mate not a simple girl
i'm a man boy ! lol if you say that so what would you care of this chat ? what would you care if i'm a man or a boy :P etc etc... ahah But it's not like that ! R you japanese ?
>386 I already said I wasn't japanese! But you like japanese dramas! That's so unmanly! And you put your email in your name! Do you want us to visit your myspace page too? You should have come into this thread announcing how much you love porn and beer and breaking stuff. We've had this discussion so many times before in this thread. First, we start off talking about where the hottest women come from, then we talk about favourite breast sizes, all the time reporting on any random erections people are getting. Don't forget that guy who keeps wanting to get better marks by sucking his professor off.
wasn't there a movie or something based on it or something? I don't know, I've always owned a PC and played strategy games. Not much of a console fan -_-.
It's getting too late here. I'm going to bed, so I can wake up and do nothing but sit in front of my computer or read comic books all day. Maybe something crazy will happen and I'll go on some wacky adventure around the world filled with shenanigans and hijinks.
>>415 really? you have long time ravalry history.still you can't resist getting charmed by them? germen have generally lighter skin and haircolour.is these the decisive points?
eheh german are really sophisticated, fashion etc... the german i saw wasssssss O_O i love this country xD ! Maybe it's because i love smooth blond and long hair with perfect body :D
hmm there is beauty girl everywhere :p european are all the same LoL)>l ! May be the spainish are more bronzed skin ! but there is not a lot of difference beetwen european girls :D !
>>421 Lies. There are big variations within countries. There are ugly women in any country, there are beautiful women in any country. All women and men do not look alike.
>>462 Yeah. It's hard for me to talk to people in real life. I'm always nervous when I talk to people, so I don't know if I would want friends.
>>464 I used to have some online friends. Not so much anymore. I logged in to AIM today after not logging in for a long time to see if anyone would IM me, but no one did. I am too nervous to IM anyone myself.
Just like you invaded substantial part of Sato Tamao's market, The number of Yukorin's mania and fervent stalkers are eroded by Newly debut idol It's not so rare event in show biz
to me, it always seems like it is not worth the effort of undergoing the whole process of meeting new people; getting to know them, talk to them on a frequent basis, etc. i feel pretty nervous while talking to others as well; i don't know what to say, how to act - and even if i tried, i would never know for sure if these people were even interested in friendship in the first place. also, when it comes to meeting new people at university to work with i feel very suspicious of them. would they be able to maintain my quality standards or would they just bother me? would i end up having to do all the work for them? i also fear they could be superior to myself that i would find myself in such a parasitic position.
anyway, the result is that i refrain from meeting new people. i don't feel that lonely, since i have few friends i know for a very long time (i don't get to see them that often, though), but sometimes i wish i was a bit more competent when it comes to social interaction. maybe i'm just weird.
>>469 I don't have a job. I am still in high school. I don't have too much difficulty in talking to people about non-personal things, such as school work, but I can't ever make friends with people.
>>476 If you are satisfied with your current situation, it's one way to stay the same but if you feel you need some change in interacting with people it's worth trying changing yourself a bit.
>>477 I think I understand your situation. If you don't express your true feelings, people don't express thier true feelings either. You are still young so if you try hard to change yourself, things will change, I think.
>>476 I liked the very last sentence, lol!! But I think, in general, if you have a couple of good friends in your whole life, you are fortunate and that's enough. It's futile to just increase the number of acquaintances.
Excuse me. Could you answer my question? Because I've not found a suitable thread.
We often see the expression of 'take A off' or 'be surprised at A' etc.. in Japanese educations. But I think, 'be surprised at A' is composed of 'be'(=verb) ,'surprised'(=adjective) and 'at A'(=adverb). So ,exactly speaking ,it's not suitable to take 'be surprised at A' as one expression. According to this thought, 'take A off' is to be taken as 'take' and 'A off' ? Or should I take it as 'take A' and 'off'? Which is modified by 'off', 'take'(=verb) or 'A'(=noun)? In other words, is the word'off' an adverb or an adjective, in this case?
>>476 Yes, that's similar to how I feel sometimes. I don't know how I should act. But not only that, it's hard for me to look at people when I talk to them. I always look away from them for some reason. I don't know what's wrong with me. And sometimes, when someone is nice to me, I am cold back to them. They say "hi", and I try to say "hi" back, but I don't say it convincingly somehow. I don't know why.
You guys are too self-conscious!!! People are not paying so much attention to what you do, what you say, what you are etc.etc. So, don't worry, just go out and say Hi~~
>>484 I don't know. There was a girl who always used to joke with me about how I said "hi". I didn't say it the right way. I said it coldly, without enthusiasm. Many people like to make fun of the way I said greetings, but not in a mean way, I guess...
>>467 >>476 >>482 I know how you feel. As a medical student hoping to become a psychiatrist, I think it's a good way to go see a psychiatrist. Your problems may not come from your natural character; it may be a mental disease. In most cases it's depression. In lighter cases it's anxiety disorders. Sometimes both. I suspect many 2 channelers have social phobias. Fortunately, they are treatable. You visit a hospital, talk about yourself to a specialist, then get some medicine. Your inner problems may be relieved.
×As a medical student hoping to become a psychiatrist,
○As a medical student hoping to become a psychiatrist, because I am lazy and don't have enough guts to be a obstetrician or pediatrician not to mention cardiac surgeon and neurological surgeons
>>490 I sometimes hear such word as "Shrinks are lazy" from other fields of doctors. I suspect that you are a doctor, aren't you? I have never heard anyone outside the hospital say things like that. People around me seem to enjoy my talk about psychiatry alot, because they are very interested in mental problems.
Natto is disappearing from shops because there was a TV program a few days ago showing that you will be able to lose weight just by eating 2 packs of Natto per day (in addition to regular meals) !!!!! I hope the story is true.
>>488 Thats absurd. If you need drugs to improve your self-esteem, you may as well continue being anti-social or a hikkikomori. You're living as great a lie, if not more, than you before. People who are considered outstanding members of society, such as actors and politicians, as well as sports stars, are living fake lives anyway. The trick to getting ahead in society is to be insincere and exploit other peoples' curiousties or weaknesses.
>>494 You don't have to be a doctor to know how lazy psychiatrists are and that all they are doing is just monkey business.
All you can do is just pretend to listent to patients just for shorter than minuites it takes for you to ejaculate and perscribe drugs which, more often than not, make things worse.
>>476 You are socially inept. You are a king without a kingdom. You strut around, looking down on people, when you have no authority to do so. And people who make you feel belittled and inferior just make you feel as if your imaginary title is threatened. You feel if you don't control every aspect of your life and the people around you, you'll lose control of it. I bet your kingdom's borders are the four walls of your room. Through the help of TV and the internet, you control everything that comes in and out of it. You talk about how it probably isn't worth the efoort of meeting new people. This is a good thing. This means that people don't have to go through the utter boredom and embarrassment of ever associating themselves with you. Why can I say this? That's easy. I'm an emperor. My room is bigger than yours.
>>498 Do you hold any grudges against psychiatrists? They are there because the society needs them. Even if you don't need them.
If, like you say, psychiatry is worthless shit, then what could be the respectable job that you believe in? Major leaguers? English teachers? Which job could not be called monkey business? (I don't hear the term "monkey business" today very often tho.)
i want to know the difference between A or B and either A or B. could you eaplain for me? for exapmle.. A or B is the murderer . either A or B is the murerer. what is the difference?
>>508 Go get a part-time job if you are free. Force yourself to learn how to deal with various people. How about the school activities? Have you ever tried? You need to create chance for you to expose yourself in the world.
>>499 you seem to have a keen sense of my situation, but you hide your position behind all kinds of allegories. you justify it by referring to a self-proclaimed superior position (argumentum ad verecundiam?).
the source of my problem is a baseless pride, or arrogance? what makes me king in my mind? is it possible to resign my position?
i still enjoyed reading your text, though. it was very entertaining.
>>522 so,Do A or B implies A and B can be murderes together?
I know A or B have three meanigs : A and B,A,B in the logic. But when native speakers use "A or B "in daily life, does it usually mean almost the same as either A or B colloquially? but not the same logically?
so if we want to specify the meaning of (not A and B) and (not A and not B) it is better to use either A or B,right?
>>523 >>so,Do A or B implies A and B can be murderes together? logically, yes.
>>does it usually mean almost the same as either A or B colloquially? you're right again. colloquially, there is no difference between the two options.
>>so if we want to specify the meaning of (not A and B) and (not A and not B) it is better to use either A or B,right? exactly.
Do you know Akiyama admitted that he put some oily cream on his body when he fought Sakuraba on the k-1 ring? It's obvious Tanigawa, or the organizer of the fighting event, want to put an end to Akiyama's scandal by making him say sorry to Sakuraba, and getting the fighting money back from his pocket, but many people still suspect he wore a iron-embeded glove.
>>532 You have a mental problem. You are so addicted to 2ch that you've been brainwashed. Akiyama wasn't intended to ruin the fight. He put on some skin cream for his dry skin. The most serious problem is that you are forced to believe that many people support iron gloves suspicion. You are an idot.Breathe air outside.
>>534 sakuraba is good at grappling. akiyama used to wear judo kit,but didn't at this time. while sakuraba can grab akiyama's judo kit, akiyama can't. that is great disadvantage.remember royce gracie(master of grappling with judo kit) took off his judo kit, too. royce can do fight without judo kit.but as for akiyama's case , still there great disadvantage.akiyama is not use to a fight withouto judo kit.
>>535 you can hear cleary "slip sakuraba, slip sakuraba"from akiyama side on the audio.
that contradicts press reports.
he has also " criminal records " during his judo time. study.he got several remarks from his opponets, saying his judo kit was slippery.his excuse was he used too much detergent...
>He put on some skin cream for his dry skin do you know his first excuse was that he was heavy sweater. probably he made up a story and changed to another excuse. why couldn't he reveal "the fact" first?
as for iron-embeded glove,i can't assert. but not plausible story...unnatural.
can you read japanese? from wiki http://sportsnavi.yahoo.co.jp/fight/k1/column/200701/at00011924.html from his own words. 秋山は「実は多汗症なんです。すぐにボタボタと流れ落ちるほど汗が出るんですよ」と笑う。 LOL
i've just known that sakuraba was beaten hell from above after failing to tackle akiyama down, from the video ,not 2ch thing. someone(sakuraba?)screamed "slip!"
to say the least, that was not a fair fight. thanks to the cream, akiyama won.apparently.
Cut a watermelon or melon into half, and hollow out the center part with a spoon. Fill the hollow with brandy and eat with melon. It's really tastety!!
>>557 It's not too sweet as long as you don't have ice creams that are too sweet. Also, this is supposed to be a kind of dessert, so you'd only eat a small amount per time. I've never tried red wine like that, I have some right now at home, though no ice cream.
I'm vaguely suspicious that "juggle balls" is a dirty sexual reference, but I'll play along. I can juggle 4, and used to teach juggling to campers as a counselor during the summer.
Juggling 4 balls is really juggling 2 balls in each hand. Practice juggling 2 pieces of tissue with your left hand, then your right. Then try (this is the hardest part) to do both at once.
I really want to know how to improve English skill. Especially writing and speaking. I have a friend who lives in America. She will come to Japan to see me in the end of October. She will stay at my home for a week. So I have to speak English. I need to brush up speaking skill until October. Don't you have any advice to improve speaking English?
>>575 Oh! You are american! Sorry, I guessed wrong. kanji is difficult for japanese, too. hehehe,,, I've never been to Los Angeles.I want to visit there someday. Actually, New York is the only city that I have ever been in America. I went to South America via New York. So I stayed there only a couple days. But I loved it. can't wait to go back.
I really want to know how to improve *my* English skill. I need to brush up *my* speaking skill *by* October.
OR
I need to brush up *my* speaking skill *before* October.
Don't you have any advice to improve speaking English?
I would say get some english children's books. If you read and think in english constantly, you will become better at it. You already have good skills, so I would say get some books for ages 10-12. They should be about 40-50 pages long, try to read 10 pages a night before you go to bed.
Venice Beach, Santa Monica Promenade, Westwood, Mulholland Drive, Rodeo, Sunset, the Arclight, Getty Center - L.A. has many, many things to see and do. However, it is a HUGE city, be prepared to drive a lot :)
I want to visit Tokyo someday, and Kyoto. And maybe Okinawa.
>>578 Oh! Thank you so much to correct me. I'm really appreciate that. children's books, I see, I see. I'll try! I'll buy those books tomorrow! Actually, I've been reading paperback since a long time ago, but mostly there are so much unfamiliar words and expressions, so I can read only a few pages per night. and I'm a really lazy person, so I usually skip over the unfamiliar words,,, I know I should see a dictionary,,, anyway, have you read "memoirs of geisha". That was interesting and easy to read for me.
Yes, there has been a lot of strong wind lately, which made it worse than it might have been. But, the fire fighters have contained it and it is mostly extinguished now.
I think it is better to read easy books first, and only struggle with a few unfamiliar words at a time. Then, as you learn them, you can gradually level up to more difficult books. If you are patient and keep at it, I think you will become fluent one day.
Ganbatte!
Also, I have not read "Memoirs of a Geisha", although my mother did and she said she enjoyed it. I did study geisha culture in college, though.
I want to correct my post(>>583) >That book was, even for me japanese, interesting and really gripping. this is strange. I'm japanese, so it's natural that the book is interesting. I meant to say that most japanese( including me ) don't know about geisha world , but even me , could enjoy that book. so you can more enjoy that book than me. because you are studying japanese culture at university,
anyway, I have to shut down my computer. my baby likely get up soon. it's too early than usual. I enjoyed chatting, thank you! see you again!
>>582 Do not read 'Memoirs of a Geisha' without reading 'Geisha, A Life' (a.k.a. 'Geisha of Gion'), by Iwasaki Mineko, before or after it. Memories of a Geisha is very fictional, and has taken a lot of artistic liberties, while as the Geisha of Gion is the original story Arthur Golden based his fictional tale on, and invented many changes to it.
h ttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mineko_Iwasaki#Memoirs_of_a_Geisha "Iwasaki felt betrayed by Golden's use of information she considered confidential, as well as the way he twisted reality, and denounced Memoirs of a Geisha as being an inaccurate depiction of the life of a geiko. Iwasaki was particularly offended by the novel's portrayal of geiko engaging in ritualized prostitution."
"Part of Iwasaki's displeasure with Memoirs may also have been because the character Sayuri seems obviously modelled on Iwasaki, with many of the book's main characters and events having parallels in Iwasaki's life. These people and experiences are often portrayed negatively in Memoirs, even when their real-life counterparts were positive for Iwasaki.
Iwasaki sued Golden for breach of contract and defamation of character. The lawsuit was settled out of court in February 2003."
>>586, >>587 Gee, thanx very much for the information. I almost Amazon.comed to purchase the Memoris of a Geisha without knowing the original. BTW, have you read both? Which one did you like better?
>>591 I have no idea why he did it. Maybe he was dumb enough not be able to read the rule book, or he thought he would be allowed to do anything to beat Sakuraba up.
>>596 Hmm, I think the answer is the latter. In fact, he didn't even admit honestly that he put dubious "body cream" on his body until people pointed out he used the weapon. It's too good a timing. I can't help thinking that he just wanted to close his scandals.
>>597 The photo is too clear to be fake, I think. Either way, Akiyama should answer to the doubt.
>>602 I will toss a quote at you from a wikipedia user: "The closest thing to geisha in Western culture may be the opera singer or ballerina. They are all members of an elite class of performance artists who must train very hard from a young age to master specialized music and dance skills. And remember that until only about a century ago, ballerinas and opera singers in the West were considered hardly better than prostitutes. After all, they were usually attractive young women who performed (both in public and at private parties!) in revealing costumes, and they often received financial support from wealthy male patrons as well. I'm sure that some ballerinas have even had sex with their patrons, but this doesn't mean that ballerinas are "really" prostitutes. Same for geisha. CKarnstein 06:11, 17 November 2006 (UTC)" h ttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Geisha#Sugar_coating...
I thought I would link you to a Youtube file that tells you what was happening between Sakuraba and Akiyama, but sadly, youtube is not up and running now..
Well, in short, Akiyama broke the rules. Sakuraba tried to ask the umpire for time out again and again but he ignored it. More surprising is it that the umpire wrote his blog that implied he was treated! No wonder he is suspected of bribery.
>>608 Good idea. If the umpire checked his glove soon after Sakuraba lost, things would've been different, but as I mentioned, Akiyama seemed to successfully buy the umpire before the match started, so nothing could have been done about that..
>>611 It's not 591, but I also watched the fighting match by live broadcasting. I had never seen Sakuraba shouting for time-out in the middle of fight like that. I figured something was wrong at that time. Afterwards, I was informed of Akiyama's trick. I don't like unfair fights like Akiyama did.
>>617 It's not 615, but as far as I know, a doughtfull internet resorce says someone sued Hiroyuki the organizer and administrator of 2ch because Hiroyuki hasn't deleted posts that says bad things about him. I don't know if it's true, but people say the man once killed a high-school girl and concreat her.
>>625 I don't know much about the incidence, but according to the thread I read, no, he is now married to live a normal life. He boasted about how he killed the girl.. But I'm not sure if it's true or not.
>>634 "One simple thing I'm sure 2-Channel has thought of is displaying all IP addresses whenever anyone posts. That would pass the buck to the poster. But mysteriously 2-Channel hasn't done so" Ahahaha... I'm not even Japanese and yet I see why that would be a very undesirable thing.
www.theartofdrink.com/blog/2006/03/cooking_with_whisky.php Hunger makes me a bit impatient, it feels as if the french onion soup is taking too long to get done.
>>663 Yes, some whiskey a friend dumped on me (he's trying to quit drinking too much). I figured I'd spare my liver, and use this opportunity to experiment with cooking. I have a bottle of red wine, as well. I don't know what things I'll use that for, though. The whiskey imparts a rather favourable taste, and most of the alcohol evaporates during the cooking.
>>665 Yeah, so I was told, earlier in this thread. I'm intending to try it, though first I must aquire some left over wine through using most of it for something else.
>>670 I still haven't seen more than a few minutes of one of those Omen movies. I'm not Damian, though. 666GET makes me think of that poster who has hell in his tripcode.
>>671 Yeah, so I read. I looked around a little earlier, searching for recipies online. I'm thinking of trying something akin to that, but I'd have to buy some beef first, and it may take quite some time before I'll get around to that.
>>679 They should know what they think their friends in 2ch are not friends at all. They don't have common sense. They are always infringing human rights because thay can't tell what is good and what is wrong. I don't see any reason 2ch have to be exist with the status what it is. It's time for enact a law against 2ch or eradicate 2chers.
>>680 Maybe the friends they have on 2ch aren't true friends, but sometimes that's the best they can do. And how do you know they can't tell right from wrong? Maybe some people who come to 2ch can't, but I'm sure that people like that also exist among those who don't visit 2ch. So, I don't think there is anything wrong with 2ch or 2chers. If you don't like it, just don't come here.
>>680 All you need is sensible mind to tell garbage from authentic and genuine information. I've received a lot of useful info. that I usually don't get anywhere else, so I try to provide as much as I can in return.
>>681 They lack basic social skills. Many indivisuals and companies have sued 2ch for libel. Don't you realize the situations? If 2ch hadn't existed, those kinds of cases would't have occured. I don't if you know the fact, but some 2ch-criminals were apprehended by the police. Most of those 2chers don't understand why they have to be found guilty on their activities on 2ch. Because they don't have communication skills. Before 2ch was established, they were just geeks, but now they can be hideous criminals because of 2ch's anonymity. 2ch do more harm than good. That's an overt fact.
>>683 I don't get what you said. You mean 2ch info is genuine? Every thing is connected to Korean things here. You really believe in those craps? You are the very 2cher I'm talking about. It may be a waste of time to talk to you. Be NEET forever.
You should really, really need to know the outside world.
>>686 I don't go to threads written in Japanese, so I don't know the situation there, but this very thread you are reading now seldom addresses Korean things, just so you know.
Besides, the fact that 2CH criminals are being caught by the police is a very good way to use 2CH, because those people are problematic anyway, so using 2CH as a litmus test is a good way to distinguish the evil from the good.
>>685 I agree that libel should not be tolerated, but it isn't 2ch's fault. It's the ones who libeled's own fault. 2ch was only the means for their libel, not the cause. Those people shouldn't be allowed to ruin 2ch for those who don't use it to spread libel.
And about the lack of social skills of people who go to 2ch... How do you expect them to get social schools when society is so cruel to people who are geeks as you call them? Maybe if people would be more accepting, this problem wouldn't exist.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gdIGWiwWTss&NR This video clip shows the evidence of what Sakuraba was saying. When Sakuraba tried to grab Akiyama's leg, he was claiming it was slippery. But the umpire ignored him. The umpire was punished afterwards because of his lack of judging skills. To my astonishment, he is suspected of bribery.
I watched the news from some forums in Hong Kong. 2ch administrator is going to bankrupt. Where will you guys go if 2ch closes? It would be bad being unable to chat with you guys here.
present Pope's hatred toward islam resembles white spremacist idea which is once traditinal european ideals though. Pope want to shut relationship with turk. he priciously said turk does't deserve, turk which is not chrstian, not european. we can conclude that pope is concered about racial matter, too. turks are almost white.but they are not indo-european,not christian. so they are excluded from white conveniently.
>>707 Some people have thick lips, regardless of their genetical origin. I've seen many Japanese people with thick lips (many with thin lips too of course).
>>703 That's only a groundless rumour that's been said many times before. So don't take it seriously. The news source is just a tabloid magazine. Every threwed users that have seen through it find the news funny. And if that's true, a new 2ch will be created somewhere on the cyberspace where people easily find by a serching engine.
>>719 he is japanese-national now. but his parents are korean.he once challenged the position of korean national judo team in olympic.but there was a thick wall,in a lot of ways .after all,he couldn't win the tournament.
so he came back to japan and got naturalized in japan, then aimed at japanese national team in olympic.
he is the fourth generation of korean livinging in japan.
I really wonder if "sweat" can be slippery in the first place. I know "sweat" stinks and it is wet, but I have never seen "slippery" sweat in my life. So people concerned should never have acknoledged Akiyama's explanation from the beginning.
>>731 I'm going to, even though I don't want to. What makes it worse is that I keep waking up thinking I have school assignments to do, and then I realize that I'm not in school.
im a 31-yr-old guy and looking for a French girlfriend. im about 159cm and a little heavy. im also not so hundsome, but a very generous and respectful person.
u have to be french with blond hair and nice legs. And im unemployed, so you have to be rich enough to support me.
if u r interested, please leave ur e-mail address here. i will then ask ur address and send u an application form. And u can send it back to me(ur pic must be attached). im also a virgin.
Dont miss the CHANCE!! I'm a 31-year-old guy who sniffs his mom's panties and only thinks of women as stupid fuckmeat. Does anyone wanna be my girlfriend? Warning, I'm pretty picky, as this is a big opportunity, me being such a great catch and all.
By the way, I'm a virgin, as long as you don't count when I fucked my mom. That doesn't count, right?
I didn't sleep last night. Actually, I was talking with evil sprits haunting me. They speak using my mouth. They slip into my body sometimes. Last night they went away one by one, saying that they couldn't bully me any more. They say I got too strong, because I've learned too many ways to avoid their attacks. I hope this condition will last longer. It won't, I guess though.
>>773 Instead of trying to make your e-penis look big by feebly attempting to impress people with threats, how about contributing to this thread with something fun instead.
>>774 I hope they will only ban the radical Japanese threads, because in this thread, we've been only discussing important issues such as boobs, lolicons, Yukorin, NEET, etc, etc.
I think it's highly unlikely that 2ch will be close, because if the rumor was true, it should have been on those tabloid TV programs, so-called wide-shows, but I've never seem it anywhere to date.
there are the gossip. I understand just now. recently, I was surprised. because, on top page the pot was changed to the other. I feel, that is so impressive. By the way. Where does the gossip come out from?
Hey, guys. Just tell me the meaning of "TADA". How does it work? Is this a just sound, like "ジャーン" in Japanese or something? Can you give me an example? It's so crap. How do we understand a spoken language, especially foreign-mixed fucking English?
>>810 You sound like the Indian guy from "Goodness Gracious Me, Everything comes from India" lol~~ "Tada" has been around for a long time in the English language, way before Americans discovered Japanese anime.
>>801 Yeah, that's true, but it won't be as good as the old one. There will now be hierachies. There will be people who went to the old 2ch and think they know everything, as well as put down newcomers. Not only that, there will be lots of smaller boards that claim to be the true successor. I wonder if the 2ch admin had a son? How will we know the true 2ch from amongst the false ones? Board invasions will increase, lands will be conquered and blood spilt. A new but familiar period in Japanese history may begin soon. That, or people will just migrate in large numbers to another board, or that a number of large boards will emerge, and while permanent communities will be smaller, there will be a lot of crossover memes and chat. lol.
How will the "2-ch veterans" know each other from the newbies? Since everyone is Mr. No Name.
I can't write in Japanese, but maybe someone who can, should start a thread called "Committee to find backup site in case of 2ch failure" or something. It may take a while and a lot of arguments, but if everybody knows about "phoenix-ch" or whatever, there is a designated heir and much bloodshed can be avoided.
>>828 For a westerner, your statement sounds bizarre... Loli being an abbreviation for lolita, an underaged girl, instead of being the abbreviation for lolicon like in Japan. Westerners usually do not abbreviate their abbreviations. Lolita complex -> Lolicom -> Loli.
>>831 But actually, "loli" is a term commonly used inside 4chan.... i think from now on, many Japannese words (especially related to anime, manga, and other sub-cultural stuff) will be exported to other parts of the world.
irish american ,for example, henry ford had a high morality.
anglo-saxon are younger brother of german people. german awakend to jewish hypocrisy. but anglo saxon in british and US collaborated with the jews, even were controlled by the jew.
These are exerptions from Harry Potter. 1)He had known Hagrid to present a vicious baby dragon with a teddy bear. 2)The gigantic spode, Aragog, who dwelled deep in the Forbidden Forest and which he and Ron had only narrowly escaped four years ago.
The first question is about how to use "know" of the first sentence. I have never seen it used this way: "know someone to do something". I wonder if the usage is commonly accepted.
The second is concering "who" and "which" in the second sentence. Why does the author(J.K.Rowling) use them like this? Is there any difference if those words are interchanged?
german are straight descendant of west germanic people. some of them shipped to britain.
they are basically the same in racial viewpoint. but why are they so different in historical and cultral ways?
maybe british people are ayrans in appearance. but their spirits are the same as the jews.
not the skincolor or ethinic or religion agenda. when they act like the jews and think like the jews, they are the jews.so white americans and white british are the jew.new formula.
anglo-saxon are the worst group in europe.=jew
i don't know anglo-saxon are essentially similar to the jews or they got bribed by the jews. anyway now they are the jews.
>>839 yes, know someone to do something sounds fine, but i don't think that it is used very much. Maybe it is used more in books than everyday speech.
i think that it sounds better the way the "who" and "which" are in the second sentence. i think using "who" kept the spider as the subject, but when she used "which" then "he and Ron" became the subject and the spider became object. "The gigantic spider dwelled deep in the Forbidden Forest" "He and Ron had narrowly escaped the spider 4 years ago"
>>847 × I hate the foreigner in here. ○ I hate the foreigners in here. There are several of us here in this thread. There are even more of us on this board.
>>832 Loli is indeed commonly used in 4chan, however in the way >>831 said. Example sentences "Oh lawd is dat sum loli!" [= "Oh lord is that some loli(ta)"] (often about a drawn underaged girl, but sometimes also about a photo of an underaged girl, though photos of real girls is more commonly called CP (short for Child Porn). Also, in text about real underaged girls, they are commonly referred to as loli(s), unlike what's traditional when it comes to photos. Lolicom/lolicon is not abbreviated, because it cannot be abbreviated further without conflicting with the abbreviation of lolita, and that word is as common as lolicon. Bonus 4chan rounds: v& = vanned = busted by the FBI (taken away in an FBI van) b& = banned party van = FBI van
>>854 There has been a plausible rumor hanging around. In case the rumor is true, we might as well go to 3ちゃんねる, 4-ch.net, >>821 or somewhere else, because if that is really going to happen, there is no way for us to prevent it.
so,anglosaxon and celt were minority in the area. but they loved to kill and know how to kill efficiently. in that sense, they are clever.just like spanish are clever than great south americans.but spanish intelligence are very low.
anglosaxon looted ,occupied and raped indigeous people and mixed with them.
I don't want you to say...anything I didn't feel a thing when you told me that you didn't feel a thing when I told you that I didn't feel a thing, another breakfast with you
ex-friend the other day.
It is an odd truth that many men who are great statesman were terrible people in their private lives. George Bush doesn't drink, he doesn't cheat on his wife, he isn't a plagiarist. But, he is an awful leader.
Martin Luther King may have had personal problems, but he brought out something good in America. A dream of peace, an end of racism. I guess it makes sense that the most racist people on earth, the japanese, would mock him. But don't you feel small?
racism and the sense of inadequacy go hand in hand. that's for sure. if you are genuinly content with who you are, you don't have to look down on anyone to feel better about yourself.
anyway. it's pointless and stupid to judge people based on what group they belong to. ok, jerks are jerks- we don't have to take any shit-no question abou that, but at least, let's just judge on individual basis, not by race, nationality, sex, religion, etc.
most racist people on earth, the japanese, would mock him
LOL wwwwwwww average white americans and rich white americans stay away from blacks.they don't face the reality, and surficially tell idealizm.hypocrites. sociology data back my suggestion. but people of racists groups---of course,US have the highest racist group rate, and US is the father of racist trend----have to face non-whites,sometimes violent ones, daily.they have to work ,live face to face with blacks, hispanics etc. that's cynical
martin luther king may have done great job.king may be great.
but he just brought black-status close to normal. king is great.but US is not great. thye were us citizen but didn't have franchise, they couldn't eat,get on a bus,go to school with whites.
big gap illusions us.it also shows how US were racist state in the world.
even if charles manson regrets and apologize,he can't be good person and can't delete what he did.
except jew-hating ,what's the big differnce between US and nazi-germany. remember only 30-40 years ago.concentration camp, segregation, slavery,,,
white educated people don't wanna even pay any attention to blacks. with election, hiring, they have to attract non-whites though.
Prim minister Koizumi was very popular, but probably his popularity exceeded his true value. On the other hand, poor successor Abe is so unpopular, because whatever he does/says, he is overshadowed by the strong impressions of Koizumi. Anyway, Abe is a bad speaker.
>>935 Please go ahead and eat Fujiya products and save Peco-chan. They said their over-experation dairy products were only as bad as causing stomach problems for a 3-year-kid, so if you are older than that, you should have no problem.
There are rumours that 2ch will be closed next week, but there are also other rumours that those rumours are only originated from one tabloid newspaper and not true. I've glanced at some of the threads but couldn't figure out what the truth was. If anyone can expain the situation better, I'd also much appreciate it.
Hey any one bought Ken Hirai's new single? 哀歌(Elegy) is really great. I wonder the movie "愛の流刑地" would be that cool too. Too bad the movie is not up in Hong Kong yet.
>>972 He sings really well, but I haven't bought any of his CD album. Anyway, personally I don't bother to see the movie. J-media are so stupid as to encourage adultery. I don't call it a true love.
I just remembered some people in here were worried whether or not this message board will be closed. I read somewhere that Nishimura Hiroyuki, the organizer of 2ch, said clearly he has the inclination to continue 2ch.
If it's up to Hiroyuki, then there is no problem. The question should be whthere some higher authority do something that could lead to the closure. I don't really know the situation but I'm sure it's not Hiroyuki's decision.
>>979 Someone sued Hiroyuki asking for deletion of posts about himself. Rumour says that the court decided to the judgement that he should pay 10 thousand yen a day and he's been ignoring it, so the total amount of money has come to 5 million yen. Well, the point is, if 2ch's domain were taken by the court, Hiroyuki would start a substitute.
