I usually use a plain text editor. Microsoft Word is too heavy.

Otherwise for some very basic word processing Wordpad can suffice, or if you
don't need any formatting Notepad or any of the other simple text editors will
suffice. I tend to use Notepad and Textpad a lot, and OOo if I need to format
text.

That has a lot to do with the way Japanese preople communicate: sublety.
In order to keep confrontation or misleading to a minimum in conversation,
people tend to comfort to a less emotional way, or even avoid mentioning the
point. Instead, we prefer being suggesting, hinting or implying the point you would
want to make. It sometimes leaves the real meaning or intention unclear, of course.
Maybe it's a side product of the culture of "harmony". Also, there is an aspect of
the judgement that keeps people from being open to each other. You can be easily
judgemental by applying morals, mannerism and common sense to a statement.
In a way, society in Japan is pretty tight, compared to where you are from.
Not that it's necessarily bad, though.

They're just interested. Especially since they live in an environment

pfft. That statement is as flawed as:

I'm not too certain exactly what you mean by "stuff", I'm assuming sex,
as that's one of the most stereotype statements.
There's a lot more to humans than using others for sex, however
unfortunately the ones that mainly do that do give the others a bad
name. Especially at your age (I'm guessing you're a teenager) what a
lot of people have on their mind is sex, hormones, puberty and all.
People tend to get less impulse driven a few years after ceasing to
be a teenager, if they aren't already like that.

'k-tan Adventure Manga: The Girl Who Love Japan' (<---- That's the
title.)

Chapter 1

k-tan is sitting near her ac enjoying the cool air, she is smiling in
harmony. When suddenly a knock, "Ohh! Who can that be. Let me put on
my slippers and answer the door." She opens the door slowly and
suspiciously. "Ahh dilvery man san! Hello!!" He says, "Hello maam, we
have a package for you." k-tan smiles and thanks him. "What kind be
in this package? Ahh! A book about the temple Daitoku ji!!!" She
examines the pictures. "This is the best book ever."

This chapter (and every chapter ^^;;) if drawn cutely, with SD and
various sound effects making use of Japanese onomatopoeias and mimetic
words, will be super-moe.

Chapter 2 (This one is a little longer.)

k-tan is buried in her books. She is scribbling with her pencil,
and flipping pages. She is completely oblivious to her surrounding,
untill she puts her pencil down to take a sip of tea. "Hmm this
tea is cold." She frowns and curses the tea. This is a rare
moment of anger. So she decides to abandon her studies and makes
a journey to the kitchen to make new tea. She makes tea with
precision. Her movements or that of a superhero, like a speeding
bullet. Or of a great kung fu master. Surely k-tan has
mastered the elements of making great tea. Taking a break she
