>>682 Actually, around here, Asian American-Indians are very common! They seem to be the third most common minority. And no offense taken in the religion question. I myself am not of any particular religion, but my mother is a Hindu. My father on the other hand is a Christian, but he's caucasian, so that is fairly expected.
>>689 not really. girls may ask for older men but only if they're rich and handsome. look at reality. there are no cute girl for you! but you can change it, if you will start work on yourself. of course you will not get a beautiful young girl, but I am sure you will be able to find yourself a wife..
>>686 No way!? Third in California? So it would be Hispanics/Latinos then African Americans then Asian-Indians... I assumed south east Asians had number three, or maybe Chinese. Intersting.
>>693 This is around San Francisco/Silicon Valley, so that might explaint he minorities. From what I see daily, it seems that Hispanics are the most common minority, then Chinese, then Indians, then Blacks.
>>696 Got it, I was thinking California as a whole. You're mostly likely right then. Its been awhile since i was in San Francisco but that seemed to be the case.
>>697 Good to see you'll work on yourself! I'm sure that you'll beable to find a wife. ^^ After all, as the English saying goes, "there are plenty of fish in the see."
>>695 Yeah, that's one thing that I love my parents for. Often I see my friends being pressured into staying Christian/Muslim, with only one exception〜
If you aren't bald then you still have a lot of hope. As long as you skinny up to a level acceptable by most of society and clean yourself up a bit you can find a partner. It is much harder for those who are bald or balding, however. Definitely keep your hair short or shaved.
Men, I must prepare and go to slave job. Good bye. Thank you for your all sincere advices. Those help me too much. I must keep on having hope and change for better.
As for why it's come to this historically, I don't know. But I think westerners take their online individualities too seriously. After all, you can also identify yourself on 2channel with a tripcode if you really need. But when you need to register, you need to have an e-mail account for that and one that you don't mind getting spammed, etc. Even if you just want to make one single post you are required to register at most western forums. I think that's a hassle.
Also, personalities are pretty tedious and useless in online discussions. Defending them, attacking them, the whole ad hominem deal... That tends to get annoying, cliques form up, there's seniors that automatically get respected, no matter what they say, ect... That's usually just a source of useless drama. It's good that you can avoid that on places like this.
Also, I don't think anonymity kills discussion. Quite the contrary, since you don't have to mind the actual person, you can focus on the subject of discussion better and come to an objective conclusion easier.
Im reading now this book "All american girl" which is aimed at probably junior high school students or maybe highschool students, since the main character in this book is a high school girl. With my vocabuluary( that test's result said I knew 6370 words ) I can read this book without missing the point. but the words i don't know are here and there, and there are some sentenses I can't understand even after I re-read it again and again. Thinking that most of the readers of this book in the USA read it more easily than I do, they know more than 7000 words. like someoneelse said, probably 1200 words or more, i guess.
average american girl sells her body for luxury goods! it's truth I read about it in newspaper! america is creepy country! you can even buy a gun in america!
