自分の書いた英文をat least two native Eng. speakers
にチェックしてもらった経験のあるかたいますか？
もしいたら、その結果は同じだったかどうか教えて。
私の場合はマークピーターセンさんが指摘された通りでしたよ。

ピーターセンさんの日本人のための英語、特に冠詞
についての解説はとてもわかりやすいです。
その解説の中のちょっとしたエピソード扱いの話に
すぎなかったと記憶してますが、ひとつの英文を
十人以上の（この辺の記憶は曖昧）ネイティブに
チェックさせたら、勿論共通する結果も多いのだ
けれど、微妙な点については意見が分かれたとい
うことでした。かなり主観に左右される部分もあ
るのでしょ。ちなみに私がチェックしてもらった
英文は勿論、ガチガチの技術文でした。

ネイティブの間でさえこういうことが起こりえる
のだから、日本人同志で冠詞の間違いを「完璧に」
指摘するなんてことはとても難しいのではないのか
と思った次第です。
