That is a special function that you can only get with the Drivers.

私はこのEasy Catというタッチパッドが新しいマックパソコンのシステム
OS 10.2上で動くのか、そして動く場合には（私は指が不自由なので）この
Easy Catの古いバージョンで使用出来たドラッグ状態をロックする機能が
OS 10.2上でも使えるのか、それが知りたいのですが。

この一連のやり取りでそういうのは分かりますでしょうか？
中途半端にやり取りするよりも、最初から上の文章の英訳をお願いすれば
