Would you please correct errors?

Japanese players except HIdetoshi Nakata also did not exchange their uniform.
So your basis for the argument is weak.
My opinion is different from yours. We Japanese should gladly accept
Korean victory. If we are to become a real adult politically and racially,
Korean team should survive semifinal and come to Japan, and fight for the final victory.
This is because if they are to play in Yokohama and Japanese supporters support them,
there might be a possibility that our traditional relationship, which is sometimes regarded
as rather bad, might be greatly improved, whether the team wins the game, or not.
This is a rare case in which two nations once parted for several reasons might
get together in a peacefu way that almost nobody has imaginged before.
I should like to take and expect this chance from the bottom of my heart.
Now is the time everybody should pause to think what sport really are,and be a nation
who can respect other countries. Then, in turn, we shall also be respected.

「おかしい」 is perhaps one of the most commonly used words
in Japanese and is a very simple word.
It means;
1) weird, strange
Can possibly mean not right, not logical, not convincing
Examle: What Suzuki Muneo is claiming is おかしい.

2) funny, laughable

いつも質問に答えていただいてありがとうございます。

Peter Rabbit という題名のお話があります。Peter という名前の兎が
主人公なのですが、the rabbit called Peter と言う意味であれば、
Peter the Rabbit となると思います。
なぜ the が無くて Peter Rabbit となっているのでしょう?
こう書いた場合どういう意味なるのでしょうか?ご教授下さい。

宜しくお願いします。

If we are to become a real adult politically and racially,
Korean team should survive semifinal and come to Japan, and fight for the final victory.

>Welcoming the Korean team in Japan for the finals of the world cup would help Japan become a truly mature and tolerant country both politically and racially...

This is because if they are to play in Yokohama and Japanese supporters support them,
there might be a possibility that our traditional relationship, which is sometimes regarded

>...two nations whose relations, for many different reasons, have been fraught with mistrust, might...

I should like to take and expect this chance from the bottom of my heart for a chance to do this.

>I not only welcome, but sincerely hope, from the bottom of my heart, for a chance to do this.

Now is the time everybody should pause to think what sport really are,and be a nation
who can respect other countries.

>Now is the time for everybody to do some soulsearching and ponder the true meaning of sports, and be a nation
that is respectful of other countries.

Then, in turn, we shall also be respected.
