well-defined (adj. having definite and distinct lines and features) clear-cut (adj. [1] distinctly defined or outlined [2] not ambiguous; obvious) clean-cut (adj. [1] clearly defined [2] neat and trim in appearance)
ーHe has a...sort of...face with er...strong impression, doesn't he? Well, I don't know how to say this in English, but...er...you know, with dark thick brows and large beady eyes(その後描写を続ける)...Umm...what do you call such faces in English... ーYou mean faces like @@@@@(誰かの名前)'s? ーExactly. ーI see. Well I believe there's no English word for such faces. You call it a face with impression, by the way? ーWell, actually, it's called KOIKAO in Japanese. Its exact translation might be strong face or something, but it doesn't exactly mean strong, you know. ーI know. Umm, that's interesting. So you don't like him because...er...of THAT face. ーThat's right. ーUmm.What a shame.
