today,i would like to introduce Japan oriented super p2p software named "winny" to the world netizen.
and also i think need to make worldwide p2p-lovers know about the circumstances for p2p-networks in japan.
at first i have to tell you all that i am not a native english user, so there might be some weired expression in

actualy, p2p-society in japan is just on the very corner we can't guess which is the right direction to get settled.
last year ,2003 nov 28 ,great big-bang shokwaves atacked all japan netizen for having two winny user arrested
by the police under the reason of having invaded copy-right-law by
sending the file "illegally" which copy-right is belongs to some-one-else.
why only one arresting-play had given such a big shock to japanese peaceful-net-society as you can see in this

had fallen down drastically to 70% in comparison
to before nov28, is that winny was believed to be a highly stealsielded constructed software.
but here, most people might think there is no doubt the man who had comitted crimes to be judged.
of course should be judged.
but also here, i need to tell about an unconcealable fact
founded on mar 30 2004 that a couple of police-confidential-documents had run all over japan through winny-virtual-networks,winny is still a quite local p2p software (mainly in japan, some korea).
and that documents was uploaded from one policeman's computer, of course this is illegal.
