Hi, I am a foreigner.
I'm writing this post to warn you Japanese about the true nature of the earthquake that hit Japan some days ago.
The Americans possess a powerful weapon called HAARP. They say it's only a facility for weather measurement, but we know it can actually manipulate weather and cause earthquakes at will in every point of the world.
It works like that: the antennas in HAARP fire half a dozen watts in the sky, which hit the ionosphere and then return to earth.
With some proper triangulation, this beam of ionized particles and microwaves can resonate with underground layers of rock and put them into vibration.
We are fully certain it is HAARP because of the magnetometer activity.
