It is twelfth night tonight. X'mas came to both riches and poors.
For riches' children it is not a special day. 'Cause they eat dainty
dishes every day. And they have closet full toys.
But for the poors' children it is the chance to get a toy once a year.
I don't like poors' children. For I know there is no reed stand upright
in windy weather.
But I have much sympathy for them. And hope they chin up to open their
ways. Scripture says, "He who is kind to the poor lends to the LORD."
So I must forget my enmity to the organized stalkers tonight.
'Cause they had to buy cakes and toys.
And their children also are Little Jesuses.
