Open to all composers under 40 years of age.
Works for 5-8 musicians from a specific list
(see website for details), duration max 7 mins.
Prize: 10 works will be selected in February 2008.
The composers selected will be invited to 2 residencies :
one in July, 2008 and another in Paris in November, 2008.
The pieces will be played in min. 5 European countries.
