GV-VCP2M/PCI

VCP3について調べてきた。

・チップがBt8x8からCX23881に変更
・2000、XP環境で720x480キャプ可
・AVIとMPEG-1の他にWMVでのキャプ可
・添付アプリはUleadのPI（静止画のアレ）とVS5SEとMovieWriterSEらしい
