x264 初心者質問スレ part2

今までTMPGEnc4Xpressを愛用してきたけど、脈動が許せないのでx264で処理したい。
AviUtlの拡張x264出力（GUI)のプリセットに、iPod(Classic最高画質)とYoutube
を追加したいです。あとAACにQuickTimeのエンコーダを設定したい！
詳しい方、設定教えてください。現状は以下です。

--psy-rd 1:0 --deblock 0:0　（←この2つは意味あるのかな？）
レート設定 40/30/60 量子化 10/51/4 シーンカット40/25/250（←デフォのまま）
コマンド --level 3.0 (←これを入れないと3.1になってしまう！）
