The braided ER-4P cable is much more durable than the previous one, and the noise is reduced.
There are no plans to switch the cable back. In fact due to many requests we will eventually
change the ER-4s cable to the braided version.
Send me an e-mail or better yet send a pm, and I can get you an RMA number for your ER-4P.
Is there anything you were doing when you noticed the cable start to unbraid? This will help me
try to reproduce your problem.

のことなのかな。
