* Won hits 10-½ year, then rebounds as intervention cited
* Shares bounce after rate cut
"This is a surprising and risky decision since it could add even more
pressure to the currency, which is the No. 1 concern for the Korean
economy right now," said Sebastien Barbe, Asia senior economist/fx
strategist at Calyon in Hong Kong.

"The Bank of Korea is clearly trying to boost domestic liquidity,
