Mach 1.53 at 39,000 feet. Soon, the pilots hope to hit the aircraft's
maximum speed of 700 knots.
"We're taking baby steps out there to make sure our air data system is
meeting our predictions, so therefore we don't just jump out to
Mach 1.6," Griffiths said.
