I've looked in the Warships1.com database, and I couldn't find anything like K-19.
The boat in the movie looks like a Golf class (Project 629A),
but these were diesel powered. What NATO class name or Soviet project number was K-19?

IIRC it was Hotel class. The one the film used was Juliet class.

Project 658, Nato codename "Hotel"
Later it was modernised under the project 658M (I think it was that project)
pr. 658, 658M - "Hotel"
pr. 658T, 658U - "Hotel 2"
pr. 701 - "Hotel 3"

After the reactor incident in which 8 crewmen died soon after
returning to the USSR and 14 died within two years of radiation sickness.
K19 had its reactor section removed and rebuilt, then placed back in service.
K19 continued to be a cursed ship with another incident during
which a fire killed 28 crew in 1972. In 1969 it collided with an USN SSN
the USS Gato, that was shadowing it. Decommissioned in 1991 K19 rotted
alongside a pier until recently when funds and expertise were made avaliable
to eventually scrap it.
