I'm afraid I have a piece of bad news. I read the news on the net and feel really sad because of the reason below...
Do you know about Liu Xiang who's a Chinese 110 metre hurdler and had got the olympic gold medal in 2004 and also
who must be a national hero due to it had a torn muscle in his left thigh and so didn't play it...
I was really sorry to hear that because I was really looking forward to seeing him get the gold medal again, do you know why? because as far as I know,
he was the first Asian athlete to achieve the World Champion of his field about men's track and field.
But after he decided to do so, tons of Chinese people who were his big fans and use'ta think of him who must've been our national hero eternally are raining down abuse on him on the net.
Of course he is a human as we're so too, is he? sometimes is injured in an accident, sometimes is depressed like we're so. he isn't the robot, the cyborg, right?
I really want Chainese people blaming him for his determination of giving up his event of the 110 metre hurdle to consider him much more than ones they're writing on the net!
I'm sure or would like to believe that he'll be able to get the gold medal again in 2012 in London!!!
